I went with a document and was unable to enter. I saw friends of staff entering without ID and gaining VIP for giving a cigarette for security. Deplorable.

Unfortunately it is not a Black ballad, one of the best as they have ever had in Madalena, Dolores, Joy, Brankaleone, Blen Blen etc.

My son bought an invitation to the Black House party today 02/09/2017 and the party was canceled now. .... I want 30 reais back and I will report. This is scam and it looks like this house has already been reported

I wanted to make clear my indignation and total dissatisfaction with the house ..... I went to the place on Friday, June 30th, what was supposed to be a pleasant night turned into a nightmare. it all started at the entrance where it was 1:00 am and no one had entered until then blz after waiting for all the people in the box to enter the security guards released our input. after that we went to another line to get the command line this process took about an hour between the entrance line and the command line we finally entered there blz we went to the bar to try to get a combo with a part of the consummation the bartender informed us that it would be necessary to go back to the queue to gather the commands on a note only after the queue we were informed that this would not be possible because the combo we wanted to get was cheap so if it was a more expensive combo they would leave blz we decided do not take the combo anymore and drink caipirinha we went to the bar there was no caipirinha we were waiting to arrive remembering that in this whole upheaval we did not have not even gone to the dance floor yet blz caipirinha arrived each one took his demos 5 commands to the bartender and returned only 4 we informed him that he was wrong and missing one he didn’t care, he stayed with other people while we waited there, there’s another hour of waiting until finally the same he decided to look in his pocket and saw that our commander was going to find it ... returned it to us did not apologize and nothing was said ... wait and our waiting time? and the nervous that we go through? we decided to talk to the manager of the house thinking that he would have good sense and understand what had happened but everything was the opposite he discussed with my boyfriend claiming that we didn't want to pay saying that if we didn't have money we shouldn't have left the house .... wow we were just reporting what had happened and he was overjoyed called me "MATRAQUEIRA" he met with the other manager and shouted at my boyfriend all the time ´ gave me a crying crisis so nervous about what happened and for fear that they would do something to my boyfriend who was there just fighting for his money and wanting a good sense from the owners of the house finally they decided to say that our commands would be reset after all we had not enjoyed the ballad and much less entered the dance floor and it was already 4:00 am at last we found out that nothing had been cleared we got to the cashier and we had to pay the same way and we paid to make it clear that we did have money to enjoy so we paid for something that only made us nervous and dissatisfied so I report here my indignation and leave it as a tip for those who want to enjoy thinking everywhere except the club "UP CLUB" because it has no organization and much less respect for its customers

The location is good, plays different songs and is not in the same repetition as other places. However it takes 4 stars because the space is relatively medium and has a reserved box that is tiny and has no indication that only those who rented the space before can enter. A pity because the corridor leading to this reserve is cramped and there is a push-push due to the lack of flow of people. With the exception of this it has an open area, 2 bathrooms (male and female) in the box and on the track, and sofas for rest in the corner of the track as well. As for the bar, it has a good amount of drinks. There are firefighters in case someone overdoes the drink. The street where it is located is busy, when I leave I believe that there is no great risk of robbery, but it is always good to be aware. If the location were bigger I believe that these problems could be solved.

I really like this house, quality in several aspects, it has a top bar, strong black style music and a super pleasant atmosphere, I always celebrate my birthday there !!!

The space is small and does not offer such a good structure. There were moments that I confess, I was afraid of the box falling. In general it was very worthwhile, the event was Open bar and had drinks until 5 am easily. Would go back more often.
