★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pior serviço da região, a internet cai o tempo todo, é impossível assistir a um filme ou mesmo uma música. Cobram um alto preço pela instalação, apenas pra puxar um fio e colocar uma tomada. Sem contar com um péssimo atendimento telefônico, a atendente não lhe deixa falar, lhe ignora, não resolvem nada, nem devolvem o dinheiro. Muito arrependido, investimento jogado no lixo.
 The worst service in the region, the internet goes down all the time, it is impossible to watch a movie or even a song. They charge a high price for the installation, just to pull a wire and put a plug. Without counting on a terrible telephone service, the attendant does not let you speak, ignores you, does not solve anything, nor returns the money. Very sorry, investment thrown in the trash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Com menos de 24 horas de instalada, já caiu mais de 10 vezes. Sempre que desligo e ligo o equipamento a internet volta a funcionar. Nada agradável para a primeira impressão!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os serviços são muito bons, principalmente em relação a velocidade e aparelhagem, porém a conexão cai ao menos 1 vez ao dia por problemas no link. Para quem trabalha exclusivamente com internet e está constantemente concetado para trabalhar como eu, pode ser um problema agravante. Levando em conta que estou com a internet a pouco mais de 3 meses e o problema ainda não foi resovido, gera um pouco de insatisfação, mas comparado a outros serviços da região... é um dos melhores. Em suma:
Alguns Pontos positivos:
- Custo beneficio bom;
- Otima velocidade de Download e Upload;
- Serviço de atendimento remoto é ok, comparado a outras empresas;
- Bom atendimento dos técnicos na residencia. (Até o momento).
Alguns Pontos Negativos:
- A conexão cai sem aviso previo, mas ela é restabelecida entre 1 min a 1hora, o tempo vária muito, mas volta. (Como falei anteriormente, se você trabalha exclusivamente com internet, pode ser um agravante).
- Não é bem um ponto negativo, mas vale salientar que as vezes o atendimento pelo celular deixa a desejar, mas ao contrário de alguns comentários que vi no Google, eles sempre foram atensiosos e respeitosos na comunicação e apesar dos pesares, tentam passar ao cliente as infomações que precisam.
Esses são alguns pontos que consigo comentar sobre a empresa, até o momento. Meu parecer final é que a empresa faz um trabalho muito bom, comparado a outros serviços da região, é uma das melhores. É muito dificil uma empresa agradar completamente o cliente, sempre haverá pontos positivos e negativos a respeito de qualquer serviço, como trabalho exclusivamente pela internet as quedas diarias atrapalham um pouco, mas acredito no potencial da empresa e na resolução desse problema.

For those who work exclusively with the internet and are constantly working to work like me, it can be an aggravating problem. Taking into account that I have had the internet for just over 3 months and the problem has not yet been solved, it generates a little dissatisfaction, but compared to other services in the region ... it is one of the best. In short:
Some positive points:
- Good cost benefit;
- Great Download and Upload speed;
- Remote answering service is ok, compared to other companies;
- Good service from technicians in the residence. (Until now).
Some Negative Points:
- The connection goes down without warning, but it is reestablished between 1 min to 1 hour, the time varies a lot, but it returns. (As I said before, if you work exclusively with the internet, it can be an aggravating factor).
- It is not really a negative point, but it is worth pointing out that sometimes the service by cell phone leaves something to be desired, but unlike some comments I saw on Google, they were always attentive and respectful in communication and despite the regrets, they try to pass on to the customer the information they need.
These are some points that I can comment on the company, so far. My final opinion is that the company does a very good job, compared to other services in the region, it is one of the best. It is very difficult for a company to completely please the customer, there will always be positive and negative points about any service, as working exclusively on the internet, the daily falls are a bit of a hindrance, but I believe in the company's potential and in solving this problem.
