★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência frustrante. Há dois anos possuo um contrato de aluguel gerenciado por esta imobiliária e tenho dores de cabeça terríveis. Pago religiosamente em dia o meu aluguei (SEMPRE antes do vencimento) e tenho constantes dores de cabeça com o condomínio em atraso. Recebo ligações constantes de cobrança do meu síndico por inadiplência.
A imobiliária recebe o valor que eu pago e não paga o valor devido ao condomínio de forma regular. É constante o atraso de duas, três mensalidades.
Não recomendo pra ninguém.
Frustrating experience. I have had a rental contract managed by this real estate company for two years and I have terrible headaches. I pay religiously on my rent on time (ALWAYS before maturity) and I have constant headaches with the condominium in arrears. I get constant billing calls from my trustee for default.
The real estate agency receives the amount I pay and does not pay the amount due to the condominium on a regular basis. The delay of two, three monthly payments is constant.
I don't recommend it to anyone.

O acordo fechado com esta imobiliária foi desfeito, e apesar de já ter encaminhado documento e parte do valor do aluguel com mais de um mês de antecedência, o contrato não foi realizado e sem motivod concretos recebi o aviso de que o aluguel não seria possível. Agora ja se passaram semanas e o retorno do dinheiro do aluguel que transferi não foi realizado. Hoje estou sem o dinheiro e perdi a possibilidade de várias opções de aluguel, acreditando que estava com tudo certo com o apartamento desejado. Proprietário da imobiliária demonstra descaso com a situação.
Terrible experience. The agreement was closed with this real estate, and despite having already sent a document and part of the rent value more than one month in advance, the contract was not carried out and without concrete motivation I received the notice that the rent would not be possible. Now weeks have passed and the return of the rent I transferred was not realized. Today I'm out of money and I've lost the possibility of several rental options, believing that everything was right with the apartment I wanted. Owner of real estate shows disregard for the situation.

Empresa péssima, não repassa o dinheiro do aluguel, não cumprem acordos e são desonestos. Bloqueiam a cliente no WhatsApp, não respondem e-mails. NÃO CAIAM NESSA ARMADILHA.

Hoje, quase 1 ano depois ainda nao tive retorno da empresa que me bloqueou, que nao responde os emails nem meus nem da minha advogada. CUIDADO .

A terrible company, does not pass on the rent money, does not comply with agreements and is dishonest. They block the client on WhatsApp, they do not respond to emails. DO NOT FALL INTO THIS TRAP.

Today, almost 1 year later, I still haven’t heard back from the company that blocked me, which doesn’t answer emails from me or my lawyer. CAUTION .

We moved from SP to Salvador and rented the AP with Braga, we had some unforeseen events and Braga promptly supported us. It's been a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não repassou o dinheiro de um imóvel no Costa Azul nem informou o Por que. Dono de corretora extremamente irônico no tratamento com o dono do imóvel. Não indico a ninguém.
He did not transfer the money for a property in Costa Azul or inform the Why. Real estate owner extremely ironic when dealing with the property owner. I don't recommend it to anyone.
