★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de compartilhar com todos a minha insatisfação com a Loja Up Informática, na rua Propria 47 , em frente ao metro Patriarca.
Deixei meu iphone para uma simples troca de tela na sexta a noite, que segundo o proprietário Felipe, levaria em torno de 30 min para trocar. Após várias tentativas, não conseguiu concluir o serviço e pediu para deixar o celular com ele que ficaria pronto no dia seguinte, sábado, até às 15h. No sábado fui até a loja e pra minha surpresa estava fechada. Tentei contato telefonico por diversar vezes e não consegui nenhum retorno. Na segunda feira pela manhã liguei na loja e após várias tentativas consegui contato com uma funcionária que me disse que ele chegaria apenas de tarde. Compareci na unidade às 15h da segunda para retirar meu celular, que para minha surpresa ainda não estava pronto. Após alguns minutos de espera, ele me aparece com meu celular sem funcionar e ainda me criticou por eu não ter paciencia de esperar ele fazer o serviço. Ou seja, o cara demorou quatro dias para trocar a tela de um iphone e me devolveu o celular sem funcionar. Ele vende capinhas e películas, MAS NÃO FAZ MANUTENÇÃO DE CELULARES. Fica o alerta para que não sejam prejudicados como eu fui.
Obs.: O comentário foi feita pela conta de minha esposa porque o proprietário bloqueou meu e-mail. FUJAM DESTA LOJA!!!
I would like to share my dissatisfaction with Loja Up Informática, on Propria 47 street, in front of the Patriarca metro.
I left my iphone for a simple screen change on Friday night, which according to owner Felipe, would take around 30 min to change. After several attempts, he was unable to complete the service and asked to leave his cell phone with him, which would be ready the next day, Saturday, until 3 pm. On Saturday I went to the store and to my surprise it was closed. I tried telephone contact for several times and did not get any feedback. On Monday morning I called the store and after several attempts I got in touch with an employee who told me that he would arrive only in the afternoon. I showed up at the unit at 3 pm on Monday to remove my cell phone, which to my surprise was not yet ready. After a few minutes of waiting, he appears to me with my cell phone not working and even criticized me for not having the patience to wait for him to do the job. That is, the guy took four days to change the screen of an iphone and returned the cell phone to me without working. He sells covers and films, BUT DOES NOT MAINTAIN MOBILE PHONES. Stay alert to not be harmed as I was.
