★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive dia 24/01/20 na emergência pediátrica na UPA ,para atendimento do meu neto. Fomos bem tratados por todos da unidade.O atendimento estava rápido e profissionais educados e carinhosos.
Parabéns pra essa equipe, a doutora da pediatria pelo profissionalismo, e a enfermeira eu acho que se chama Aline, do setor de medicação um amor de pessoa.

I was on 24/01/20 in the pediatric emergency at UPA, to attend to my grandson. We were treated well by everyone at the unit. The service was fast and the professionals were polite and caring.
Congratulations to this team, the doctor of pediatrics for professionalism, and the nurse I think is called Aline, from the medication sector, a person's love.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento.O médico fica a 1 metro de distância e nem te examina,e não é por conta da pandemia,pois eles simplesmente não usam máscaras.o que é uma vergonha,pois deveriam dar exemplo.As enfermeiras e as meninas da recepção são ótimas,mas alguns médicos uma decepção,parece que tem nojo do paciente.
Bad service. The doctor is 1 meter away and doesn't even examine you, and it's not because of the pandemic, because they just don't wear masks. which is a shame, because they should set an example. The nurses and reception girls are great, but some doctors are a disappointment, it seems that they are disgusted with the patient.
