Falta empatia e respeito ao próximo!
Já estive várias vezes lá e sempre é assim o atendimento, eles já chegam com agressividade na fala com as pessoas q aguardam atendimento.
Estive na madrugada do dia 05/04 e foi me passado que o médico do plantão faltou q era para eu retornar de manhã na troca de plantão que o outro médico assumiria; ao voltar pela manhã as 7:20h os funcionários muito mal educados e desrespeitosos sentados de forma inadequada na recepção. Informaram que a unidade não estava tendo atendimento atendimento, quando perguntei o motivo eles ficaram sem saber o que falar e disseram q estava cheia de covid, era visível a mentira. Logo perguntei se eles me confirmavam essa informação pois eu iria entrar em contato com a secretária de saúde responsável pela unidade pois a noite me foi informado outra situação e pedido para que eu retornasse pela manhã.
Eles ficaram nervosos e quiseram contornar a situação pois a fala deles não condizia com a verdade.
Rude staff, reception then is the worst. Arrogant people, badly educated and lacking knowledge of the unit.
There is a lack of empathy and respect for others!
I have been there several times and the service is always like this, they already arrive aggressively in talking to people who are waiting for service.
I was in the dawn of the day 05/04 and I was told that the doctor on duty was missing q I was supposed to return in the morning in the shift change that the other doctor would assume; when returning in the morning at 7: 20h the staff very rude and disrespectful seated inappropriately at the reception. They reported that the unit was not receiving care, when I asked the reason they did not know what to say and said it was full of covid, the lie was visible. Then I asked if they would confirm this information because I would contact the secretary of health responsible for the unit, because at night I was informed of another situation and asked for me to return in the morning.
They were nervous and wanted to get around the situation because their speech did not match the truth.
