★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, fui em busca de atendimento e não encontrei , não estava atendendo vou falar no linguajar deles “atendimento restrito “ alegando que está atendendo somente amarelo e vermelho! Péssimo atendimento! Uma falta de respeito com quem procura e precisa do atendimento! Upa vazia porq eles estão dispensando os pacientes!
 Terrible, I went looking for service and I didn't find it, I wasn't attending I'll speak in their language "restricted service" claiming that it's only attending yellow and red! Terrible attendance! A lack of respect for those who seek and need care! Upa empty because they are dismissing patients!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um péssimo atendimento, sofri um acidente de moto cheguei lá fiquei quase 3 horas pra ser atendida, pro o médico mandar eu ir tomar uma injeção e nem uma receita de um remédio passou, sendo que eu estava com a perna toda comida do acidente, eu e os outros pacientes fomos tratados como um lixo pelo médico Iuri

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já precisei de atendimento 3 vezes durante a vida e fui nessa upa.Todas as vezes o atendimento foi horrível. Não tem médico, quando tem demoram horrores pra atender a população, mais de 50 pessoas esperando atendimento e o médico não chamava, a média é de8-24h pra ser atendido, tem gente que passa muito mal esperando,o paciente chega como urgência e sai como emergência sendo carregado pelo SAMU. É um descaso lamentável com a população!!!.
I've needed care 3 times in my life and I went to this upa. Every time the care was horrible. There is no doctor, when there is a long time to attend to the population, more than 50 people waiting for care and the doctor did not call, the average is 8-24 hours to be seen, there are people who are very ill waiting, the patient arrives as an emergency and leaves as an emergency being carried by SAMU. It is a disgraceful disregard for the population!!!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma experiência ótima com a equipe. Acho importante as pessoas olharem a tabela de fluxo da unidade. Se pode pagar um uber ou pode chegar de noite/madrugada, vá nesses horários, que é mais vazio. Toda estrutura tem seus limites. Todas as profissionais foram muito solícitas e educadas. Em menos de duas horas passei por triagem, acolhimento, fui medicado, testado e peguei resultado, vou começar a nova medicação.
A título de curiosidade, no mesmo dia, eu havia ido na emergência do Hospital da Bahia, na Pituba (particular), cheguei às 15:00. O recepcionista disse que havia gente esperando desde às 9:00 que ainda não havia sido atendida (6 horas). Esperei até as 19, haviam algumas idosas esperando desde as 10:30 que ainda não haviam sido atendidas (8 horas e meia de espera). Eu fiquei tão mal que fui embora chorando.
Essa UPA dos Barris tem uma ótima estrutura. Meu conselho é você escolher um horário entre as 21:00 e 6:00. O que vc vai gastar de uber, vai economizar de tempo em fila e a fome que vai bater tbm.

I had a great experience with the team. I think it's important for people to look at the unit's flow chart. If you can afford an uber or you can arrive at night/dawn, go at these times, which is more empty. Every structure has its limits. All professionals were very helpful and polite. In less than two hours I went through screening, reception, I was medicated, tested and got results, I will start the new medication.
Out of curiosity, on the same day, I had gone to the emergency room at Hospital da Bahia, in Pituba (private), I arrived at 15:00. The receptionist said that there had been people waiting since 9:00 who had not yet been answered (6 hours). I waited until 19, there were some elderly women waiting since 10:30 who had not yet been seen (8 and a half hours of waiting). I got so bad that I left crying.
This UPA dos Barris has a great structure. My advice is that you choose a time between 21:00 and 6:00. What uber you will spend, will save time in line and hunger that will hit too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poderia ser um pouco mas organizada, não vamos esquecer que os profissionais que estão trabalhando nessas unidades, não só a UPA DO BARRIS, estão no limite, psicológico e físico, alguns já contrairan a COVID, 2 ou 3 vezes, vamos colaborar, evitando festas ou qualquer aglomeração desnecessária.
It could be a little more organized, let's not forget that the professionals who are working in these units, not only the UPA DO BARRIS, are on the limit, psychological and physical, some have already contracted COVID, 2 or 3 times, let's collaborate, avoiding parties or any unnecessary crowding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei as 15 hrs de domingo, para ser atendida pela triagem às 4 da manhã de segunda, e só fui fazer o teste de Covid às 07 horas da manhã. Meu conselho é que vocês cheguem de madrugada no Gripário e se puder antes disso, pegue uma ficha para ter já o número. Se puderem também, vá pra casa esperar e depois volta para ver em que número estão chamando (meu era 203 quando peguei as 15 hrs e mesmo sendo 19 hrs era a senha 125). A recepcionista, e os enfermeiros são gentis, só um médico lá (não vou citar nomes) é muito ignorante e só se importa de atender os pacientes que estão em estado grave, deixando os outros de lado.
I arrived at 3 pm on Sunday, to be attended by the screening at 4 am on Monday, and I only went for the Covid test at 07 am. My advice is that you arrive at the Gripário at dawn and if you can before then, get a card to get the number. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O gripário não tem suporte pra manter um idoso acamado, mesmo sendo até às 24h, como eles dizem. O mínimo eles não tem para oferecer, um lençol para forrar leito e cobrir o idoso. A minha sorte que eu tinha levado um lençol da minha mãe. Avisei a equipe de enfermagem, que minha mãe era acamada e a mesma não tinha uma escaras, rotina que é normal para enfermagem mudar de decúbito paciente acamado, nas 24 h mãe saiu do gripário com úlcera de pressão por falta de mudança de decúbito. Quando a médica me falou que os exames deram normais tirei minha mãe da gripário rapidamente, porque eles queriam regular para outra unidade que não tinha dereto a acompanhante.
*Quem tem seus idosos fiquem em cima, não espere eles ligarem pra dá notícias não.
Nem banho no paciente eles dão.
No internamento não está lotado, na maioria são pacientes idosos. Me deparei com idosos com cami coberto, sem roupa e se batendo de frio.
Quando eu vi que era uma determinada empresa que administra a equipe de enfermagem aí que fiquei preocupada.
Só permiti a SAMU levar minha mãe para o gripário, porque a febre dela não estava baixando e a médica aconselhou levar, pra fazer exames.
A equipe da SAMU foram excelentes, prestaram um ótimo atendimento a minha mãe na residência.

The hospital is not crowded, most are elderly patients. I came across elderly people with covered cami, without clothes and beating themselves from the cold.
When I saw that it was a particular company that manages the nursing team, I got worried.
I only allowed SAMU to take my mother to the flu, because her fever wasn't going down and the doctor advised me to take her for tests.
The SAMU team were excellent, they provided great service to my mother at the residence.
