★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em todas as vezes que fui,sempre fui muito bem atendida,na verdade só levo meus filhos lá sempre recomendo para meus vizinhos em caso de emergência,alguns deles já foram e falam as mesmas coisas que eu,mas existe plantão e plantão possa ser que outras pessoas não tenham a mesma sorte que eu.
 In all the times that I went, I was always very well attended, in fact I only take my children there always I recommend it to my neighbors in case of emergency, some of them have gone and say the same things that I do, but there are shifts and shifts may be that other people are not as lucky as me.

I took my husband yesterday 5/18/2020 did x-ray did not give anything continued feeling chest pain I took today 5/22/2020 at upa Simões son took x-ray gave he had a spot on his lung I am outraged his name Gildemario Ferreira dos Santos

I don't have anything to complain about every time I needed it, I was well attended from reception to medication, good professionals. I really like the treatment there, very good!!!

The staff were all excellent, the doctors, nurses, social due and the assistants very dedicated, my father was well attended, Grace A to God and congratulations to Valéria's UPA. Ratifying all excellent social service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, preparo péssimo dos funcionários (médicos, assistente social, recepção, triagem). Fui ontem, 11/01/2022, com sintomas fortes de gripe (em meio a um surto no país) e não fui atendida. Cheguei às 08h saí quase 19h, depois de muito estresse, reclamações e mais reclamações e ainda assim não fui atendida. Negligência médica pois as duas médicas que estava atendendo se RECUSARAM a atender todo mundo que estava com sintomas gripais, sem ao menos testarem para saber se era COVID. PÉSSIMOS!!!
Terrible service, terrible preparation of the staff (doctors, social worker, reception, triage). I went yesterday, 01/11/2022, with strong flu symptoms (in the midst of an outbreak in the country) and I was not attended. I arrived at 8:00 am and left at almost 7:00 pm, after a lot of stress, complaints and more complaints and still I was not attended. Medical negligence because the two doctors who were attending REFUSED to attend to everyone who had flu symptoms, without even testing to know if it was COVID. TERRIBLE!!!
