★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui 3 vezes e sempre fui bem atendida por todos os profissionais. O grande problema são os pacientes que ficam conversando alto enquanto esperam, o que atrapalha todos ouvirem quando o médico chama.
I went 3 times and was always well attended by all professionals. The big problem is the patients who are talking loudly while they wait, which makes it difficult for everyone to hear when the doctor calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pacientes tratados com total descaso, eu como profissional do SUS me sinto profundamente chateada por saber que o município oferece um serviço de saúde tão precário para a população. Médicos e auxiliares de enfermagem no celular, enquanto minha mãe aguardava para aferir a PA e passar novamente com o médico, detalhe liberaram ela sem diagnóstico e sem passar novamente com o médico, questionei e não fui ouvida.
Para ser mais específica e não generalizar os profissionais, ela passou no plantão de hoje (26/03/22 - as 11:44). Não só o serviço de saúde, mas a cidade em si, está largada. Uma vergonha.
Patients treated with total disregard, I, as a SUS professional, feel deeply upset to know that the municipality offers such a precarious health service for the population. Doctors and nursing assistants on the cell phone, while my mother was waiting to check the BP and go through it again with the doctor, detail released her without a diagnosis and without going through it again with the doctor, I questioned and was not heard.
To be more specific and not generalize the professionals, she was on duty today (26/03/22 - at 11:44). Not only the health service, but the city itself, is abandoned. A shame.
