★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível o atendimento dos funcionários, principalmente pela a mulher que faz as fixas, com muita arrogância e com a cara e fone de ouvido no celular. Funcionária que estava no dia 14/08/2021 às 16:32h. Acredito que medidas precisam ser feitas.
 Horrible employee service, especially by the woman who does the landlines, with a lot of arrogance and with her face and earphones on her cell phone. Employee who was on 08/14/2021 at 4:32 pm. I believe that measures need to be taken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não atendem COVID! Por isso acaba sendo tb um espaço seguro para outros problemas. Fui atendida super rápido. Não estava cheio. Se puder esperar venha de noite. Dr Guilherme é o médico mais atencioso, firme e competente que já conheci. Toda a equipe de enfermeiros e outros profissionais tb, incluindo o vigia e recepção (o que é bem difícil de ver, sendo sincera) todos simpáticos e eficientes. Gratidão e viva o SUS.
Do not answer COVID! So it also ends up being a safe space for other problems. I was answered super fast. It was not full. If you can wait, come at night. Dr Guilherme is the most attentive, firm and competent doctor I have ever met. The entire team of nurses and other professionals, including the guard and reception (which is very difficult to see, to be honest) all friendly and efficient. Gratitude and long live the SUS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje minha esposa precisou de antendimento nessa unidade, infelizmente ela foi mal atendida pela equipe médica que estava no local. O médico foi grosseiro e ignorante, nem se quer chegou a olhar para ela quando estava atendendo, pois, estava ocupado vendo vídeos no You Tube. Chega se clichê reclamar do SUS no Brasil. Entretanto, o problema não é o SUS. O problema são as pessoas que fazem parte e acham que ser médico é prescrever dipirona e soro. Falta empatia nas pessoas. Quem perde com isso tudo é a população.
Today my wife needed care in this unit, unfortunately she was poorly attended by the medical team that was there. The doctor was rude and ignorant, he didn't even look at her when he was working, because he was busy watching videos on You Tube. It's a cliché to complain about SUS in Brazil. However, the problem is not the SUS. The problem is the people who are part of it and think that being a doctor is prescribing dipyrone and serum. People lack empathy. Who loses with all this is the population.

Estou sendo ameaçado pelo o funcionário! Só indagueuei o porquê de eu não ser atendido antes de um rapaz que chegou aparentemente "bem". O rapaz (Vigilante) me tratou com ameaças, que estava como ódio da da minha face que se eu não me calasse não iria dar nada bom para mim. É vergonhoso um tratamento desse nível para com um cidadão de bem, educado, trabalhador e pagador de impostos.
Ps. Fact occurred on Sunday 01/23/2022 around 21:00.
I'm being threatened by the employee! I just asked why I wasn't served before a guy who apparently arrived "well". The guy (Vigilante) treated me with threats, he was like hate on my face that if I didn't shut up it wouldn't do me any good. It is disgraceful to be treated at this level with a good, educated, hardworking and tax-paying citizen.
