Uma fábrica de atestados. Qualquer um que vai lá sai com atestado médico. Basta dizer que está indisposto. Tenho empresa e os funcionários de outras cidades vão direto a esse posto, pois sabem que vão sair com atestado. É uma vergonha!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ atendimento horrível, profissionais despreparados, atendimento muito lento, muito paciente para poucos médicos, e os poucos médico que tem são muitos ruins, não olham nem na cara do paciente na hora do atendimento, passam mais tempo fora da sala do que atendendo.
Horrible care, unprepared professionals, very slow care, too many patients for few doctors, and the few doctors who have them are very bad, they don't even look at the patient's face at the time of care, they spend more time outside the room than attending.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes a parte de pediatria ficava separada dos atendimentos dos adultos, o que era bom, mas agora está tudo misturado, um caos! É tanta gente e tanto barulho que mal dá pra ouvir o médico chamando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha sogra estava com fortes dores nas costas e abdominais, nos dirigimos a UPA sendo até bem rápida a triagem. Porém quando entrou na sala, o médico Paulo perguntou bem superficialmente onde era a dor, permanecendo há metros de distância, sem realizar qualquer verificação pessoal já diagnosticando problema na lombar, receitando soro com alguns medicamentos para dor. Faltou humanidade, parecia que estava tratando objeto na linha de produção. Saúde pública de Cotia muito ruim!!!
My mother-in-law had severe back and abdominal pain, we went to the UPA and the triage was even quick. However, when he entered the room, doctor Paulo asked very superficially where the pain was, remaining meters away, without carrying out any personal verification, already diagnosing a problem in the lumbar, prescribing serum with some pain medications. It lacked humanity, it looked like it was treating an object on the production line. Public health of Cotia very bad!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento de péssima qualidade. Médicos e enfermeiros que não tem nenhuma empatia e amor ao próximo. As pessoas da recepção, são extremamente mal educadas. Me impressiona o despreparo das pessoas que trabalham nesse local. Infelizmente não passado perdi minha mãezinha por conta da omissão de socorro desses malditos que se dizem profissionais. Sei que a justiça divina não falha,e aguardo ansiosamente pelo dia que ela será feita. Faço um apelo a todos que estiverem com seus familiares doentes para não levar nesse UPA.
Poor quality service. Doctors and nurses who have no empathy and love for others. Reception people are extremely rude. I am impressed by the lack of preparation of the people who work in this place. Unfortunately not last year I lost my little mother because of the omission of help from those damned people who call themselves professionals. I know that divine justice does not fail, and I look forward to the day when it will be done. I appeal to everyone who is with their sick family members not to take them to this UPA.

O atendimento pediátrico está separado dos adultos (durante o dia) na UBS ao lado. Parabéns por essa iniciativa! Tudo muito limpo, organizado e rápido! Parabéns prefeitura de Cotia!
I took my daughter yesterday and the service was fast and very good, from reception, triage, doctor to the pharmacy. Pediatric care is separate from adults (during the day) at the UBS next door. Congratulations on this initiative! Everything was very clean, organized and fast! Congratulations Cotia City Hall!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queria dar -1 estrela, mas não tem como. Atendimento péssimo. 2 médicos para um local extremamente lotado.
Meu esposo está com uma dor abdominal e a única coisa que o médico pediu foi um exame de urina, alegando pede nos rins. Nem sequer tocou na barriga, que por sinal estava inchada.
O exame foi ok e ao invés de continuar investigando pediu que medicassem meu marido com injeções para dor.
Hoje todo o mal estar continua, e estamos há mais de 3 horas esperando na recepção apenas para que ele consiga passar pelo médico. Só Deus sabe a hora que seremos atendidos.
Um total absurdo. Um verdadeiro descaso c a população que paga seus impostos em dia e não recebe o mínimo, que é um atendimento digno.
I wanted to give -1 star, but I can't. Terrible service. 2 doctors for an extremely crowded place.
My husband has abdominal pain and the only thing the doctor asked for was a urinalysis, claiming it asks for the kidneys. He didn't even touch his belly, which by the way was swollen.
The exam was ok and instead of continuing to investigate, he asked them to medicate my husband with injections for pain.
Today all the discomfort continues, and we have been waiting for more than 3 hours at the reception just so he can go to the doctor. Only God knows when we will be served.
Total nonsense. A real negligence is the population that pays its taxes on time and does not receive the minimum, which is a dignified service.
