★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu Deus do seu esses funcionários não entendi meu eles ganha seus salários e graça ao paciente e merecemos respeito um bom atendimento .não gosto de hospital nada em relação aos médicos pq meu maior médico e jesus . Hj precisei ir até o UPA só para tirar uma pontos e fui muito mal atendida começando pela a recepção . Depôs a moça da embreagem triagem e não consegui retirar meu Deus estou tentando restira derna de segunda feira e nada até agora
 My God, your employees, I didn't understand mine, they earn their salaries and grace to the patient and we deserve respect for good care. I don't like a hospital at all in relation to doctors because my greatest doctor and Jesus. Hj I had to go to the UPA just to get a stitch and I was very poorly attended starting with the reception. Deposed the girl from the screening clutch and I couldn't remove my God, I'm trying to remain on Monday and nothing so far

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempo perdido enfermagem deixa a desejar perderam a guia de solicitação de medicamento feita pelo médico descaso mais de 1 hora aguardando e nada sai de lá sem a medicação ridículo isso.
Lost time nursing leaves something to be desired they lost the medication request guide made by the doctor, neglecting more than 1 hour waiting and nothing comes out of there without the ridiculous medication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mais de 2 horas esperando pra uma consulta pediátrica ,só acho que eles deviam colocar mais pediatras cheguei aqui 11 e pouco da manhã já são 15:11 e nada de atenderem ainda minha filha ,médico entra no consultório e demora anos pra atender o próximo .
Waiting for more than 2 hours for a pediatric consultation, I just think they should put more pediatricians I arrived here at 11 am it's already 15:11 and they haven't attended to yet my daughter, the doctor enters the office and it takes years to see the next one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim, um descaso com as pessoas, falta de respeito, e quando reclamam pedem para reclamar com a prefeitura.
Média de 6 hora para atendimento das crianças, pediatra nem ai e saiu para almoçar com crianças passando mal no local.
Nestes momentos tenho vergonha de morar em Atibaia.
Too bad, a disregard for people, lack of respect, and when they complain they ask to complain to the city hall.
Average of 6 hours for child care, pediatrician didn't care and went out to lunch with sick children in the place.
In these moments I'm ashamed to live in Atibaia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje 12-04-22, dou cinco estrelas. Tive um incidente doméstico com corte na cabeça. Nada Grave. O antendimento até que foi rápido. Em destaque ao Dr. Francisco pelo profissionalismo e educação, fato que vem deixando a desejar na rede pública, destaque também a enfermeira Sílvia, profissional, gentil e muito atenciosa. Continuem assim, precisamos de mais profissionais assim como vcs, pois quem procura a rede pública de saúde é por que precisa e não por opção. Aliás, com tanto imposto que pagamos, o mínimo que deveríamos ter, atendimento DIGNO.
Today 12-04-22, I give it five stars. I had a domestic incident with a cut on my head. Nothing severe. The service was quick. Highlighted by Dr. Francisco for the professionalism and education, a fact that has been lacking in the public network, also highlighting the nurse Sílvia, professional, kind and very attentive. Keep it up, we need more professionals just like you, because those who seek the public health network are because they need it and not by choice. In fact, with so much tax that we pay, the least we should have, Dignified service.
