★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência horrível, na triagem me negaram atendimento médico, dizendo que eu estava com suspeita de covid, quando os sintomas são de sinusite.. Mas as enfermeiras que agr são médicas tbm, já me deram o diagnóstico sem me deixar passar com o médico... detalhe que tinham pacientes que não foram atendidos desde as 8 da manhã, isso as 13 horas da tarde, descaso total com o ser humano! Pra ser péssimo tem que melhorar MT ainda.
 Horrible experience, in the triage they denied me medical care, saying that I was suspected of covid, when the symptoms are sinusitis.. But the nurses who work with agr are doctors too, they already gave me the diagnosis without letting me see the doctor... . detail that there were patients who had not been seen since 8 am, at 1 pm, total disregard for human beings! To be terrible, you still have to improve MT.

The times I went there, I was well attended by the doctors, great doctors, both Pediatrics and general practitioners!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMO lugar, cheguei com uma situação de risco, estava qse tendo ataque cardíaco, nn tinha ninguém na triagem, demorou umas meia hora, eu estava passando muito mal, meu namorado teve que rodar o upa inteiro pra pedir ajuda, quando estava tomando medicação na veia meu acesso extorou jorou sangue, as enfermeiras na minha frente nn quis me ajudar, é difícil, é a nossa vida em risco e eles ficam "brincando".
TERRIBLE place, I arrived with a risky situation, I was having a heart attack, there was no one in the screening, it took about half an hour, I was feeling very sick, my boyfriend had to go through the entire UPA to ask for help, when he was taking medication at the vein my access extorted blood flowed, the nurses in front of me nn wanted to help me, it's difficult, our lives are at risk and they keep "playing".

Com cólica renal e no aguardo para um encaminhamento que fizeram errado no atendimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma enfermeira baixinha que fica na pediatria, de cabelos grisalhos, que chama as mães de "mãezinha", totalmente sem educação! Ruspida, até parece que não está contente com o trabalho. Ao invés de ocupar mais um lugar, dê espaço para quem realmente quer trabalhar e tem amor ao próximo. ODIEI O MODO QUE FUI TRATADA POR ELA!!!
A short, gray-haired pediatric nurse who calls mothers "mommy", totally uneducated! Rustling, it even looks like she's not happy with the job. Instead of occupying one more place, give space to those who really want to work and love their neighbors. I HATED THE WAY I WAS TREATED BY HER!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tenho do que reclamar AGORA. Pois a equipe do Conselho Gestor trabalhou incansavelmente para que houvessem profissionais atendendo nas Upas (principalmente do Bela Vista).
Fui bem atendida.
I have nothing to complain about NOW. Because the Management Council team worked tirelessly to have professionals attending the Upas (mainly Bela Vista).
I was well taken care of.
