★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero deixar bem claro e evidente minha sincera e real decepção com o atendimento médico lá, excluindo-se os auxiliares, tive uma crise forte de amígdalas, garganta fechando, quase sem voz e respirando com muita dificuldade, num período de 24 horas estive lá por três vezes, três médicos diferentes, é nenhum deles me examinaram, passaram remédio lá que eu nem sei quais foram, pois não surtiram efeito nenhum,tive que vir as pressas pra Campina Grande onde primeira com a graça de DEUS e depois meu médico que realizou os procedimentos corretos e hj estou bem graças a Deus.
Obs:me trataram como se eu estivesse com COVID, ñ só existe essa doença no mundo, vamos parar de paranóia.
I want to make it clear and evident my sincere and real disappointment with the medical care there, excluding the assistants, I had a severe crisis of tonsils, throat closing, almost without voice and breathing with great difficulty, in a period of 24 hours I was there for three times, three different doctors, none of them examined me, they used medicine there that I don’t even know what they were, because they had no effect, I had to hurry to Campina Grande where first with the grace of GOD and then my doctor who performed the correct procedures and today i'm fine thanks to god.
Note: they treated me as if I had COVID, there is only this disease in the world, let's stop paranoia.

Isso não serve pra absolutamente nada!!
O paciente morre de ligar NINGUÉM ATENDE!
Quando chega na unidade, a recepcionista diz: NÃO TEMOS TELEFONE!
Como pode uma UNIDADE DE PRONTO ATENDIMENTO não ter telefone?!
E ainda por cima em plena pandemia?!
O paciente acaba perdendo tempo tendo que ir na unidade e tentar na sorte o atendimento!
Descaso!!!

How can an EMERGENCY CARE UNIT not have a telephone?!
And on top of that in the middle of a pandemic?!
The patient ends up wasting time having to go to the unit and try his luck at the service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperamos cerca de 3 horas para o atendimento, para o médico ler os sintomas e dizer que é comum por causa do clima. Não foi feita nem uma ausculta, nem um exame. Passou remédio e em seguida liberou. 3 horas para isso.
