★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta mais instrutura para a Upa os profissionais são excelentes e todos fazem o melhor para atender, seria tão bom se não faltasse medicamentos, raio x e outros exames para melhor diagnóstico.
Upa lacks more education, the professionals are excellent and they all do their best to attend, it would be so good if there were no shortage of medicines, x-rays and other tests for a better diagnosis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui em dezembro com a bisavó do meu marido com um corte no braço por ter caído e não tinham recursos para fazer a fissura, aí fui para o psm da 14 e chegando lá demorou mais fizeram. Hoje 31de março fui com um corte fundo de vídro e o mesmo descaso, pra onde está indo os recursos a gente paga tanto imposto pra quando chegar no dia que precisar de uma emergência não coseguir .
I went in December with my husband's great-grandmother with a cut on her arm because she had fallen and they didn't have the resources to make the fissure, so I went to the psm at 14 and getting there took longer. Today, March 31st, I went with a deep glass cut and the same disregard, where the resources are going we pay so much tax so that when we arrive on the day that we need an emergency, we can't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo médico pediu um exame 4 da tarde só ficou pronto 9 horas da noite tivemos que fica esperando esse tempo todo pra não ter que voltar e saber qual medicação certa pra combater a doença
Terrible doctor asked for an exam at 4 in the afternoon it was only ready at 9 at night we had to wait all this time so we didn't have to go back and know which medication was right to fight the disease

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de todos os problemas na saúde pública, A Upa da sacramenta é um dos lugares que fui bem recebido, demorou bastante mas haviam outras prioridades.
Havia a medicação que eu precisava e as enfermeiras sempre foram bastante atenciosas, o médico também.
Despite all public health problems, the Sacramenta UPA is one of the places I was welcomed, it took a lot but there were other priorities.
There was the medication I needed and the nurses were always quite attentive, the doctor too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já precisei usar umas três vezes o serviço da UPA Sacramenta e todas as vezes fui bem assistida com atendimento rápido e eficiente, e todos foram muito educados e atenciosos. Sempre fui de madrugada, pois uma vez fui durante o dia e o local estava bem cheio. Assim como outros serviços do SUS, percebe-se que precisa de mais investimentos de infraestrutura e mais profissionais para atender a população.
I have had to use the UPA Sacramenta service three times and each time I was well assisted with fast and efficient service, and everyone was very polite and attentive. I always went at dawn, because once I went during the day and the place was very full. As with other SUS services, it is clear that more infrastructure investments and more professionals are needed to serve the population.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um lugar limpo e organizado. Tem muito o que melhorar, principalmente no que se refere ao atendimento de qualidade focado no usuário. A espera para ser atendido depende da quantidade de pessoas na fila. Já precisei ser atendido 3 vezes na UPA e todas as vezes o atendimento foi bem rápido e eficaz. O atendimento médico varia muito de profissional para profissional. Alguns são mais humanos, outros parecem um robô que nem olham na cara do paciente.
A clean and organized place. There is a lot to improve, especially with regard to quality service focused on the user. The wait to be served depends on the number of people in the queue. I've had to be seen 3 times at the UPA and every time the service has been very fast and effective. Medical care varies greatly from professional to professional. Some are more human, others look like a robot that doesn't even look at the patient's face.
