A boa avaliação se dá pelo empenho da equipe, já a estrutura física deixa a desejar.
Very good service, fast and excellent staff, although lacking some features like: Air conditioning in the waiting room, medicines and x-ray examinations.
The good evaluation is due to the commitment of the team, since the physical structure leaves something to be desired.

No meio de uma PANDEMIA MUNDIAL eles continuam tratando tudo como virose, não fazem testes e não estão NEM AI COM A VIDA DA PESSOA, PÉSSIMO, PÉSSIMO, PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO!!! AGEM COMO SE QUERESSEMOS ATESTADOS QUANDO NA VERDADE QUEREMOS VIVER E SER BEM TRATADOS. É o mínimo ter educação e tratar as pessoas bem, ainda mais que estão doentes! E ISSO NÃO É UM PEDIDO, POIS O PAGAMENTO DELES SAEM DOS NOSSOS BOLSOS, É IMPOSTO EM CIMA DE IMPOSTO NESSE BRASIL PARA AINDA SERMOS TRATADOS COMO LIXO!!!!!!!!!
In the beginning the service was good, nowadays ALL doctors are very rude, nurses too! In the middle of a WORLDWIDE PANDEMIC they continue to treat everything like a virus, they don't do tests and they don't CARE WITH THE PERSON'S LIFE, BAD, BAD, BAD SERVICE!!! ACT AS IF WE WANT CERTIFIED WHEN IN FACT WE WANT TO LIVE AND BE TREATED WELL. It's a minimum to be educated and treat people well, especially when they are sick! AND THIS IS NOT A REQUEST BECAUSE THEIR PAYMENT IS OUT OF OUR POCKETS, IT IS TAXED OVER TAX IN THIS BRAZIL SO WE WILL STILL BE TREATED AS GARBAGE!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje a noite ouve uma omissão de socorro , alegando que não tinha pediatria na unidade , Senhor que o paciente tem 17 anos e poderia ser atendido pelo Clínico, demoraram a atender , ele teve que esperar com dor e a Perna com ferida exposta e vendo se a coordenação iria deixar a tender ou não, depois de muita conversa e uma ligação a Polícia fizeram a ficha dele , o recado que o Médico foi muito atencioso mais o restante ,equipe de enfermagem triagem o tratamento foi péssimo, está horrível.
Tonight there was an omission of help , alleging that there was no pediatrics in the unit , Mr. the patient is 17 years old and could be seen by the Clinician , they took a long time to attend , he had to wait with pain and the leg with an exposed wound and seeing if the coordination would let it tend or not, after a lot of conversation and a call to the Police they made his file, the message that the Doctor was very attentive plus the rest, the nursing team, triage the treatment was terrible, it's horrible.
