O enfermeiro q aplicou a medicação é maravilhoso a mão levinha achou minha veia facilmente e nao doeu nada,enfermeiro nota 10,médicos nota 2 pois nem olhar na minha cara nao olharam direito,um deles estava mto bem sentado na posição de lótus,descalço na maca.mto pleno e mto grosso.

The nurse who applied the medication is wonderful, the light hand found my vein easily and it didn't hurt at all, nurse grade 10, doctors grade 2 because they didn't even look at my face they didn't look right, one of them was very well seated in the lotus position, barefoot in the stretcher.mto full and very thick.

Fui mau a atendida pela tecnica que faz a classificação de risco. Pedi para medir minha pressão simplesmente disse que nao medi pressão de gente boa.Tomo atenalol para pressão alta vi pois tenho enxaqueca cronica e hoje eu estava em crise que so ameniza com medicacao intravenosa . mas ela nao atendi gente boa so se vier morto . Se eu vir atras de uma Upa e porque sei que medicacao em cada nao estava dando efeito.
Vi acompanhando linha avo que e fiabetica e esta com um ferimento no pe que vai precisar de cirurgia, a mesma que nao colocou o nome dela na lista para medico atender. Ela e cadeirante e bao fala...e grita de dor.

I take atenalol for high blood pressure because I have chronic migraine and today I was having a crisis that can only be alleviated with intravenous medication. but she didn't answer good people only if they come dead. If I come after a UPA it is because I know that the medication in each one was not working.
I saw her follow up with her grandmother, who is diabetic and has a foot injury that will need surgery, the same one that didn't put her name on the list for the doctor to attend. She is in a wheelchair and bao talks... and screams in pain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento humanizado ZERO. Estive na UPA no mês de março muito fraca e com dengue, após a triagem, que sinceramente mais atrapalha do que agiliza, fui atendida depois de esperar mais de 4 horas. O médico nem me examinou direito, mal olhou pra minha cara e pediu pra fazer um exame de sangue ( dei duas estrelas porque pelo menos esse exame eu fiz lá) e passou pra mim tomar um soro e uma injeção. A enfermeira, que não me atentei a ver o nome, disse que não ia aplicar o soro, por que o médico ficava passando sem necessidade. Fique esperando em pé por horas e quando já estava a ponto de desmaiar, desisti de esperar pelo soro e voltei pra casa sem o soro e sem tomar a injeção. Só teve uma enfermeira morena da sala de exames que me tratou com educação, o resto desde a triagem até o atendimento foram mal educados. Não é porque é uma unidade de saúde pública que os funcionários podem tratar as pessoas de qualquer jeito. Em qualquer unidade de saúde é primordial o atendimento humanizado, acho que deveriam ter aprendido isso no curso e estar colocando em prática, pois ninguém tem culpa de adoecer.
ZERO humanized service. I was at the UPA in March, very weak and with dengue, after screening, which honestly hinders rather than speeds up, I was seen after waiting more than 4 hours. The doctor didn't even examine me properly, he barely looked at my face and asked for a blood test (I gave two stars because at least I did that test there) and told me to take a serum and an injection. The nurse, who I didn't pay attention to seeing the name of, said she wasn't going to apply the serum, because the doctor kept passing by unnecessarily. I stood there waiting for hours and when I was about to pass out, I gave up waiting for the IV and went home without the IV and without the injection. There was only one brunette nurse in the exam room who treated me politely, the rest from triage to care were rude. Just because it's a public health facility doesn't mean officials can treat people anyway. In any health unit, humanized care is essential, I think they should have learned this in the course and put it into practice, because nobody is to blame for getting sick.
