Exames por serem gerados na Santa Casa demoram até 5 horas pra entregar Paciente Não pode ir embora antes. Mesmo assim Vale a pena por Salvar Vidas e prestar Socorros Quando ocorre Emergências os Únicos 2 médicos do turno são Ocupados assim fica Sem Atendimento até por 3 horas. Entretanto Diretor da Satisfações ao Povo...Entendo q dentro das Condiçoes dadas pelo Governo e gestao local ate q SUS de ITATIBA Sp eh bom Noutras cidades q morei eh bem pior. Nota 08 ?✌
 4 stars due to good performance could be 5 but there are no medical records! Exams to be generated at Santa Casa take up to 5 hours to deliver. Patient You can't leave before. Even so It is worthwhile to Save Lives and provide Aid When emergencies occur, the only 2 doctors on the shift are busy, so they are left unattended for up to 3 hours. Meanwhile Director of Satisfactions to the People ... I understand that within the conditions given by the Government and local management until the SUS of ITATIBA Sp is good In other cities I lived much worse. Note 08 ?✌

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considerando os últimos anos em que precisei e minha família também, eu considero muito bom. Sempre médicos atenciosos, atenderam muito bem. Demorado as vezes é mas é normal né? Principalmente quando está lotado. Mas isso não é problema de falta de médico nem nada, pelo menos eu considero isso. As enfermeiras e recepcionistas também são atenciosas e trabalham bem.
Considering the last few years that I needed it and my family too, I consider it very good. Always attentive doctors, they attended very well. It takes time but it is normal right? Especially when it's crowded. But this is not a problem of lack of doctors or anything, at least I consider that. Nurses and receptionists are also considerate and work well.

Liguei para um dos numeros de telefone e fui muito bem atendida por uma atendente de nome JULIANA ( período noturno).
Fiquei muito satisfeita com a atenção, humanismo, solidariedade e empatia da Juliana.

Fiz exames , RX . Fiquei bem satisfeita com atendimento.
I liked the care, both from the nursing staff and the doctor who was on duty that day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um horror, um descaso total, o prefeito é muito fraco, não tem poder algum sobre as feras que mandam na saúde neste município, tá pra nascer o homem que terá coragem de dar jeito no UPA, no SUS etc..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui no domingo dia 06-01-22 até a Upa pois meu filho havia suspeita de ter que Rado o braço...fomos muito bem atendidos pela recepção e equipe médica, apesar de uma estrutura deficitária notou-se uma preocupação com as pessoas que ali buscavam por socorro médico. Minha admiração e respeito a toda a equipe. Parabéns!! Ah e graças a Deus ele não quebrou o braço ??
On Sunday, 01-06-22, I went to Upa because my son was suspected of having Rado the arm...we were very well attended by the reception and the medical team, despite a deficient structure, there was a concern with the people who there they sought medical help.
