★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chegamos as 7:50 com a paciente "gemendo" relatando muita dor no peito, falta de ar, dor intensa nas coluna. Foi encaminhada primeiramente a triagem, classificada como urgência e porém SÓ foi atendida, 40 minutos após chegarmos, quando resolvemos entrar por conta própria no corredor e colocarmos a cadeira de rodas na porta do consultório médico. Gritava alegando muita dor no peito e com falta de ar. Só após ve-la foi chamada para atendimento pelo médico. O mesmo a priori foi informado pelo acompanhante, mas ñ deu atenção, continuou a chamar os demais pacientes. Após ser abordado na porta, com acompanhante reclamando da situação, alegando estar esperando a 40 minutos e ñ ver nenhum outro ao redor com pulseira amarela, Então foi que pediu a ficha e iniciou o atendimento. Examinou-a e solicitou eletrocardiograma, raio x e por fim receitou a medicação para dor. Negligência, pra que existe classificação de risco se o atendimento é por ordem de chegada? Foram pelo menos 4 pessoas atendidas, antes delas, nenhuma com pulseira amarela, e sim azul ou verde.

The screening was first referred to, classified as an emergency and however it was ONLY attended to, 40 minutes after we arrived, when we decided to enter the corridor on our own and put the wheelchair at the door of the doctor's office. He screamed, claiming a lot of chest pain and shortness of breath. Only after seeing her was she called for care by the doctor. The a priori was informed by the companion, but ñ paid attention, continued to call the other patients. After being approached at the door, with a companion complaining about the situation, claiming to be waiting for 40 minutes and not seeing anyone around with a yellow bracelet, he asked for the form and started the service. He examined her and ordered an electrocardiogram, x-ray and finally prescribed pain medication. Neglect, why is there a risk rating if the service is on a first come, first served basis? At least 4 people were assisted, before them, none with a yellow bracelet, but blue or green.
