 Excellent service from all UPA professionals, from the reception to the doctors who provide assistance. Clean, organized place, educated people with love for the profession. We are having excellent follow-up and care with my father, who is hospitalized there, awaiting hospitalization. Just thanking each professional for this affection. May God greatly bless you all. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO. Fujam desse lugar. Atendimento horrível da recepção até a consulta. Informações desencontradas, pessoas na escala sem disposição para trabalhar e no final somem com toda e qualquer ficha/documentação.
TERRIBLE. Run away from this place. Horrible service from reception to appointment. Mismatched information, people on the scale unwilling to work and in the end disappear with any and all records/documentation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, médicos ignorantes, idosos esperando pra serem atendidos toda hora médicos trocando o plantão não tem um pingo de empatia pelos os pacientes. Por ser algo público deveria ter mais agilidade e menos preguiça
Terrible care, ignorant doctors, elderly people waiting to be seen all the time, doctors changing their shifts don't have an ounce of empathy for their patients. As it is public, it should have more agility and less laziness

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como praticamente todo serviço de saúde de São Paulo, esse é mais um que deixa muito a desejar em praticamente tudo, o único ponto positivo fica para "alguns" profissionais que trabalham no local.
Like practically every health service in São Paulo, this is another one that leaves a lot to be desired in practically everything, the only positive point is for "some" professionals who work on site.
