★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu irmão chegou neste fds à UPA Satélite com sintomas de covid e foi para uma triagem. Foi atendido pelo Dr. Lucas, médico responsável pelos atendimentos por suspeita de covid. Ele não fez testagem e receitou um xarope. Por 48 h meu irmão circulou pela cidade, tendo contato, inclusive com a mãe idosa. Ontem, fez o teste na Otorrinos e deu positivo para covid. Imaginem quantas pessoas podem estar contaminadas agora, pela irresponsabilidade do médico e de quem o colocou lá para trabalhar.

He did not test and prescribed a syrup. For 48 h my brother went around the city, having contact, including with the elderly mother. Yesterday, she tested at Otorrinos and tested positive for covid. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ um atendimento péssimo, principalmente na recepção, não sei como podem tratar mal as pessoas que pagam seu salários, deviam ser gratos e atender bem, é de causar revolta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ minha irmã Francisca maria, passou ontem em consulta com crise de ansiedade por essa unidade, e constatou má vontade e estupidez por parte médicos e enfermeiros, profissionalismo e amor ao próximo, sabe qual o erro das pessoas e trabalhar pensando no salario e esquecer que pra cuidar de vidas e necessário ter amor e cuidado , ser enfermeiro , medico não e só questão de diploma não e sim dom, que poucos tem.

Terrible. Service leaves a lot to be desired, employees do not give correct information. Patients wait for hours for the samu nurses. It's complete disregard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro perto da Upa e minha família precisou dos serviços algumas vezes. A enfermagem, medicina, limpeza e pessoal da portaria sempre foram muito educados mas a RECEPÇÃO É PÉSSIMA. Eles precisam ser trocados ou fazer um curso de humanização. Não foram grosseiros apenas comigo e minha família, eles tratam mal idosos e eu já vi eles negando fazer ficha pra paciente necessitado porque ele estava sem cartão do SUS. Absurdo! A pessoa doente e com dor às vezes nem lembra de cartão, ela tá desesperada pra ser atendida. Ela paga o SUS também e não tá ali de gracinha, tá doente. Conheço outros atendimentos melhores no município. Esses funcionários mal amados tratam a população que nem cachorro. Tem um moço gordinho de óculos e uma loira de óculos q são péssimos!! MELHOREM
I live near Upa and my family needed the services a few times. The nursing, medicine, cleaning and concierge staff have always been very polite but the RECEPTION IS TERRIBLE. They need to be exchanged or take a humanization course. They weren't just rude to me and my family, they treat the elderly badly and I've seen them denying a record for needy patients because they didn't have a SUS card. Absurd! People who are sick and in pain sometimes don't even remember a card, they're desperate to be seen. She pays the SUS too and it's not cute, she's sick. I know other better services in the city. These unloved employees treat the population like dogs. There's a chubby guy with glasses and a blonde with glasses that suck!! BETTER

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A estrutura é boa, o que peca é a falta de compromisso da prefeitura nesse casa específico, falta médicos em determinados momentos, estabelecimento de saúde de referência na região tem q ter disponível os médicos.Um adendo, quem é o responsável pir esse estabelecimento??
Nunca vi e nem ouço falar, ou seja a quem a população procura quando está ruim o atendimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei chocado com a agilidade e humanidade que me trataram. Equipe de enfermagem e médica, pelo menos quando estive lá, foram atenciosos, ouviram minhas queixas e fui muito bem atendido. As técnicas precisam de um pouco mais de paciência, mas entendo que fluxo gigantesco deve ser difícil.
I was shocked by the agility and humanity they treated me. Nursing and medical staff, at least when I was there, were attentive, listened to my complaints and I was very well attended. The techniques need a little more patience, but I understand that massive flow must be difficult.
