★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nao e de tao ruim mas precisar ser mais organizados , por exemplo hoje Quinta-Feira 21 de OUTUBRO. Me mandaram vir quando na verdade era pra segunda , fica dificil assim .

Faço elogio a toda a equipe e especialmente ao médico Rodrigo de Lira o qual conduzio a consulta como se fosse funcionário de um plano de saúde de primeira qualidade, tirando minhas dúvidas e passando a medicação de forma correta e eficaz para meu tratamento. Parabéns mais uma vez!
Excellent Upinha, clean, safe place, polite staff. I praise the whole team and especially the doctor Rodrigo de Lira, who conducted the consultation as if he were an employee of a first-rate health plan, taking my doubts and passing the medication correctly and effectively for my treatment. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruim, disseram que o atendimento começaria de 7h mas na verdade começou de 8:30 e ainda estava SEM água, as NASAS esperaram a água acabar para resolverem o problema, sabendo que no bairro está com problema de racionamento. Técnicas de enfermagem grossas, mal educadas, e teve uma que ficou cantando e mechendo no celular e ainda revirou o olho quando fiz uma pergunta, parece que so estava lá para passar o dia e não pra exercer a profissão que escolheu, atendimento totalmente desumanizado. O atendimento com a enfermeira e médica foram bons, souberam escutar.
Bad, they said the service would start at 7 am but in fact it started at 8:30 am and it was still WITHOUT water, NASAS waited for the water to run out to solve the problem, knowing that the neighborhood has a rationing problem. Thick, poorly educated nursing techniques, and there was one that kept singing and messing on her cell phone and even rolled her eye when I asked a question, it seems that I was only there to spend the day and not to practice the profession I chose, totally dehumanized care. The service with the nurse and doctor was good, they knew how to listen.
