Nobody answers the calls, the phone keeps ringing and the employees are pretending dementia, greater lack of respect for the population, if you don't want to work, you should have a vacancy for those who really need it. The person calling right away to avoid is leaving in the midst of this pandemic and it's no use.

Horrible, the system takes more than 1 month to get the test results and it just keeps falling. There's not even water to drink, apart from the heat.
