O posto policial desativado do Cascatinha é o ponto limítrofe entre os bairros Cascatinha e Teixeiras, e é nesse mesmo ponto que começa a Av Deusdedit Salgado que pertence ao bairro Teixeiras e vai até o trevo de Salvaterra. Sendo assim a localização da intersecção entre as ruas Pantaleone Arcury e Jesus Raimundo onde o condomínio está localizado, ambas as ruas pertencem integralmente ao bairro Teixeiras e por sua vez o UpSide também.
