Tanto na parte de formulações, quando no atendimento.
Eu enviei uma receita de uma formulação em cápsulas e eles ofereceram a opção em suspensão. Comprei a suspensão e ela solidificou e eu não consegui dar para o Pet, ficando alguns dias sem o suplemento. Reclamei, tive que pagar a diferença (a formulação em cápsula é mais cara que a suspensão) e recebi a formulação em cápsulas, onde eles haviam orientado pelo whats que seriam 5 cápsulas por dose, mas chegando no rótulo falava 3 cápsulas. Muito difícil confiar quando cada um diz uma informação, além dos problemas técnicos.
Não recomendo e não voltei a comprar.

Both in terms of formulations and in service.
I submitted a prescription for a capsule formulation and they offered the suspension option. I bought the suspension and it solidified and I couldn't give it to Pet, going a few days without the supplement. I complained, I had to pay the difference (the capsule formulation is more expensive than the suspension) and I received the capsule formulation, where they had instructed by whats that it would be 5 capsules per dose, but when the label arrived it said 3 capsules. Very difficult to trust when everyone says information, in addition to technical problems.
I do not recommend and will not buy again.
