Em 2020, fiz alinhamento, balanceamento e lavagem geral, inclusive, do motor. O único prolema daquela vez foi ter apenas 2 funcionários para atender os clientes do salão. O mesmo que estava fazendo o serviço no meu carro parava para receber outros clientes e responder perguntas. Atrasando de maneira demasiada, a finalização do serviço. Por isso, 4 estrelas. No geral, fiquei satisfeito com o serviço.
I had 2 experiences in this store. So, to be fair, I will do the independent assessments.
In 2020, I did alignment, balancing and general washing, including the engine. The only problem that time was having only 2 employees to serve the salon's customers. The same one who was doing the work on my car stopped to receive other customers and answer questions. Excessively delaying the completion of the service. Hence, 4 stars. Overall, I was satisfied with the service.
