★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sábado dia 23 de outubro, deixei o meu carro as 8h para lavagem completa, aplicaçao de cera etc.
Ao entregar a chave, falei que precisaria do carro em até duas horas. Cheguei na loja as 10h15, e a pessoa responsável tinha entendido q era pra ficar pronto as 14h. Foi péssimo? Foi, mas mal entendidos podem acontecer.
Entretanto, a partir daí, fiquei esperando por 1h30 pelo serviço, sem pedido de desculpas, uma água, um café ou até mesmo um desconto ou um brinde bobo apenas simbólico.
Não recomendo pela falta de traquejo para lidar com eventualidades que acontecem no dia a dia de um comercio. Espero que melhorem. Tenho esperança.
 Saturday 23rd of October, I left my car at 8am for complete washing, waxing etc.
When handing over the key, I said I would need the car within two hours. I arrived at the store at 10:15, and the person in charge had understood that it was to be ready at 14:00. It was awful? It was, but misunderstandings can happen.
However, from then on, I was waiting for 1:30 am for the service, without apology, a water, a coffee or even a discount or a silly token gift.
I don't recommend it due to the lack of skill to deal with eventualities that happen in the day-to-day of a trade. I hope they get better. I have hope.

I left my car yesterday for washing and crystallizing. The service was perfect. All staff very attentive and professional. The very competitive price. I recommend it for those who like to take care of their cars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei meu carro às 11h para lavagem e perguntei que horas terminariam o serviço, pois iria viajar de tarde. Me disseram que entre 13h30 e 14h estaria pronto. Cheguei na loja às 14h20 e a lavagem nem tinha começado ainda. Programei meu dia a partir da previsão dada por eles. Tirei o carro da loja sem lavar. Nenhum compromisso com horário.
I left my car at 11am to be washed and asked what time the service would finish, as I would be traveling in the afternoon. I was told that between 1:30 and 2:00 pm it would be ready. I arrived at the store at 2:20 pm and the washing hadn't even started yet. I programmed my day based on the forecast given by them. I took the car out of the store without washing it. No time commitments.
