★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou moradora do empreendimento Up1300 e não recomendo a construtora. Houve um problema de vazamento no prédio e todos os moradores tivem problemas isso aconteceu em novembro de 2021.
Abrimos o famoso chamado e até hoje não houve contato da construtora para resolver a pintura.
Houve outro chamado para resolver um problema na porta da sacada e também não houve um contato. E para piorar a construtora apagou nosso chamado do sistema. Um absurdo
I am a resident of the Up1300 development and I do not recommend the construction company. There was a leak issue in the building and all the residents had issues this happened in November 2021.
We opened the famous call and to date there has been no contact from the builder to resolve the painting.
There was another call to resolve a problem with the balcony door and there was no contact either. And to make matters worse, the construction company deleted our call from the system. an absurdity

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O processo da compra não tenho do que reclamar porém, tive um problema de rachaduras com meu imóvel, abri um chamado ele foram até minha residência e fizeram o repara, ai começa todo o transtorno, a equipe que esteve em meu apartamento completamente despreparada estragaram meu painel de tv, a tinta que eles aplicaram em meu apartamento muito inferior a qual comprei, verdadeiro caos, ja não bastasse ter passado por isso meu apartamento esta todo rachado novamente possuo chamado aberto com eles e nada, marcarmos em dezembro devido as férias e final de ano, mas só me deram o retorno em janeiro querendo ir no mesmo dia, sem antes me ligar para me programar, enfim é bem constrangedor vc pagar por algo que não é barato e ter problemas de descaso com o cliente.
The purchase process has nothing to complain about, however, I had a problem with cracks with my property, I opened a call and they went to my house and repaired it, then all the trouble begins, the team that was in my apartment completely unprepared ruined my tv panel, the paint they applied to my apartment much inferior to the one I bought, real chaos, it was not enough to have gone through this my apartment is all cracked again I have an open call with them and nothing, we book in December due to the holidays and the end of year, but they only gave me the return in January wanting to go on the same day, without first calling me to schedule me, in short, it is very embarrassing for you to pay for something that is not cheap and to have problems of neglect with the customer.
