Urca is a neighborhood in the south of the city of Rio de Janeiro. With Morro da Urca and Morro do Pão de Açúcar, with their traditional cable cars, the neighborhood also hosts other institutions such as: Military Engineering Institute (IME), Benjamin Constant Institute, Federal University of Rio de Janeiro ( UFRJ), Fort São João, The Naval Warfare School (EGN), The Higher Warfare School (ESG), the Army Command and Staff School (ECEME).
