★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como postam um contato qal não existe?? A pessoa quer informações de um familiar que esta internado no local, e não consegue, pq não pode ir até o local por conta da covid, e ainda votam um número qual não existe, isso é um absurdo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, apesar da estrutura ser ótima e limpa, nada mais agrada! Equipe médica que demora a atender, muita falta de educação com os pacientes e não volto mais!
Nível pior que o SUS pois médicos ficam passeando no celular pelo hospital e deixam os pacientes da EMERGÊNCIA em espera como se tivessem como esperar a boa vontade deles de atendê-los. Sem falar da recepção para triagem que Deus me livre!
Eu cheguei por volta das 13:30 da tarde e sai de lá 6:00 da noite por uma garganta inflamada! E desse tempo todo apenas passei 5 minutos na sala do médico e mais 5 tomando injeção, de resto só espera!
Precisa de muita melhoria da qualidade atual porque ninguém merece..

Worse than the SUS because doctors are walking the cell phone through the hospital and leave the EMERGENCY patients waiting as if they had to wait their willingness to serve them. Not to mention the reception for sorting God forbid!
I arrived around 13:30 in the afternoon and leaves 6:00 at night for an inflamed throat! And all this time I spent only 5 minutes in the doctor's room and 5 more taking injection, rest just wait!
It needs a lot of improvement of the current quality because nobody deserves ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nenhum telefone atende...o descaso com o contribuinte é muito grande. Q não possa acompanhar um paciente internado por COVID tudo bem, porém não conseguir informações sobre o estado de saúde do familiar é um absurdo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tirem suas próprias conclusões... Da ultima vez cheguei iniciei a triagem as 8h20, fui atendida pelo médico e fiz exame as 11h30 e 12h, fui atendida pela cirurgiã as 16h aproximadamente. Entrei na sala de cirugia por volta das 18h, mas só iniciaram minha cirurgia depois das 19h. Sai da cirurgia as 21h40, medica autorizou que subisse pro quarto as 22h30. Só subi as 23h. Ninguem achava acesso no meu braço, só fui tomar medicação para dor e antibiotico depois da meia noite. Fiquei com vontade de fazer xixi as 3h da madruga, acionei a enfermagem, o medico chegou pelas 5h-6h. Vieram fazer o acesso para o xixi sair meia hora depois disso e não acharam. Fui caminhar e o xixi saiu sozinho...

Ao contrário do Centro de Síndromes Gripais, o serviço de urgência é de uma desorganização absurda. Cheguei às 8:40h e só saí as 18:30h, e não estava em observação.
Raio-X e exames só são passados depois da terceira reavaliação, fui encaminhado para a reavaliação sem sequer ter colhido o sangue para os exames, depois fui encaminhado novamente sem ter tomado a medicação, e ainda fui encaminhado uma terceira vez sem os resultados dos exames estarem prontos. Medicações não são administradas no horário porque não observam o que o médico escreve no prontuário; quem reclama da demora é passado à frente dos outros desrespeitando a ordem.
Mesmo com 10 horas de permanência nada além de um suco horrível e sem açúcar foi servido a quem já estava passando mal de fome. Não existe água. Pacientes idosos e diabéticos passando mal por estarem há muitas horas sem comer; pacientes com acesso na veia sendo liberados para comer na rua correndo risco de uma contrair uma infecção.
Uma verdadeira balbúrdia.
Decepcionado com o tipo de serviço que é prestado pelo IPES aos seus contribuintes.

Unlike the Center for Flu Syndromes, the emergency department is in an absurd disorganization. I arrived at 8:40 am and only left at 6:30 pm, and I was not under observation.
X-rays and exams are only passed after the third reevaluation, I was referred for reevaluation without even drawing blood for the exams, then I was referred again without having taken the medication, and I was still referred a third time without the results of the exams be ready. Medications are not administered on time because they do not observe what the doctor writes in the medical record; whoever complains about the delay is passed ahead of the others disrespecting the order.
Even with a 10-hour stay, nothing but a horrible, sugar-free juice was served to those who were already starving. There is no water. Elderly and diabetic patients feeling ill from being without food for many hours; patients with access to the vein being allowed to eat on the street at risk of contracting an infection.
A real mess.
Disappointed with the type of service that is provided by IPES to its taxpayers.

Cheguei às 22h, não tinha NINGUÉM na minha frente, mas só fui atendida (mesmo sendo URGÊNCIA) às 23h, porque o médico estava no consultório rindo e brincando com as enfermeiras. E só me atenderam porque uma enfermeira viu a demora e levou o papel na sala do médico. Fiz vários exames e fiquei aguardando o resultado, mas teve algum problema com os exames laboratoriais que tiveram que ser mandados para o HUSE e o meu só ficou pronto às 05h! Antes disso, me mandavam de volta pra reavaliação do médico dizendo que estava tudo pronto e ele iria me atender, mas nada do médico aparecer e então descobriram que estava faltando exame e que o médico tinha ido dormir, enquanto eu esperava do lado de fora sem ninguém me avisar nada. Mais uma vez só fiquei sabendo disso porque a mesma enfermeira lá do início bateu na porta. Às 05h30, com hemograma pronto, com todos me dizendo que o médico iria me atender, ainda faltava a tomografia estar pronta. E a resposta que recebi foi: "não temos previsão. Pode ficar pronta de manhã ou de noite". E ninguém queria me liberar nem o médico me dar alta mesmo eu tendo que voltar pra casa por ter um bebê. Tive que sair mesmo sem alta e às 10h me ligaram dizendo que a tomografia estava pronta e eu poderia retornar. Ou seja, desde o início isso poderia ter sido feito, sabendo que tinha um problema com a máquina da tomografia e que eu poderia ficar lá dias esperando.

Before that, they sent me back to the doctor for reassessment saying that everything was ready and he would see me, but the doctor didn't show up and then they found out that the exam was missing and that the doctor had gone to sleep, while I waited outside without no one let me know anything. Once again I only found out about this because the same nurse there from the beginning knocked on the door. At 5:30 am, with blood count ready, with everyone telling me that the doctor would see me, the tomography was still ready. And the answer I got was: "We have no forecast. It can be ready in the morning or in the evening". And nobody wanted to release me or the doctor to discharge me even though I had to go home for having a baby. I had to leave even without discharge and at 10 am they called me saying that the tomography was ready and I could return. In other words, this could have been done from the beginning, knowing that there was a problem with the tomography machine and that I could wait for days there.
