★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendido inicialmente pelo Dr. Diego, e por questões de horário, passei a ser atendido pelo Dr. Pedro. Médicos experientes, habilidosos e com um atendimento que eu nunca havia experimentado nos meus 58 anos de vida. Você não é tratado como mais um "paciente" ou um "prontuário". O atendimento é muito mais que humanizado. Fui tratado como um "amigo de infância" pelo Dr. Pedro que, com grande competência e assertividade, conseguiu detectar meu câncer bem na fase inicial, aumentando minhas chances de cura. Ele fica com seu ZAP pessoal e faz contatos para acompanhar seus exames e etc. Se empenha pessoalmente fora dos atendimentos para ajudar nas questões de agendamento de exames, plano de saúde e qualquer outra dificuldade que você tenha. Sempre me atendeu em todos os momentos que precisei, não importando em qual consultório ele estaria disponível. Infelizmente, por questões pessoais minhas, não pude fazer a cirurgia com a equipe dele, fato que me deixou muito abalado. Dr. Pedro e sua equipe são muito experientes nas mais modernas técnicas robóticas inclusive transplantes. Médicos e atendimento raros de se encontrar hoje em dia. Recomendo sem nenhuma reserva ou dúvida.
I was initially assisted by Dr. Diego, and due to time issues, I started to be assisted by Dr. Pedro. Experienced doctors, skilled and with a service that I had never experienced in my 58 years of life. You are no longer treated like a "patient" or a "record". The service is much more than humanized. I was treated as a "childhood friend" by Dr. Pedro who, with great competence and assertiveness, managed to detect my cancer very early, increasing my chances of cure. He keeps his personal ZAP and makes contacts to follow up on his exams and so on. Engages personally outside the appointments to help with exam scheduling issues, health insurance and any other difficulties you may have. He always assisted me at all times I needed it, no matter in which office he would be available. Unfortunately, for personal reasons, I couldn't have the surgery with his team, a fact that left me very shaken. Dr. Pedro and his team are very experienced in the most modern robotic techniques, including transplants. Doctors and care rare to find these days. I recommend it without any reservation or doubt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelência qualidade e humanização no atendimento, é o mínimo que posso trazer neste breve relato, respeito aos horários agendados, em um ambiente higienizado e acolhedor, são pontos facilmente observados, já tive esta certeza desde o momento em que a secretária Juliana nos atende realizando pronta e gentilmente o agendamento, com informações claras até o momento da consulta em si, onde somos avaliados, orientados e temos as nossas dúvidas sanadas.
Os médicos e a clínica estão de parabéns pelo comprometimento, respeito e profissionalismo, continuem assim zelando pelo cuidado, com muita empatia, e que nunca percam este brilho no olhar, pois certamente continuarão fazendo a diferença na vida dos seus pacientes/clientes.
Tendo dito isto deixo aqui, o meu muito obrigado.
Excellence, quality and humanization in service, is the least I can bring in this brief report, respect for scheduled times, in a clean and welcoming environment, are easily observed points, I was sure from the moment that the secretary Juliana attends us performing prompt and kindly the scheduling, with clear information until the moment of the consultation itself, where we are evaluated, guided and our doubts are resolved.
The doctors and the clinic are to be congratulated for their commitment, respect and professionalism, continue to watch over care, with great empathy, and that they never lose that sparkle in their eyes, as they will certainly continue to make a difference in the lives of their patients/clients.
