more than 1 hour of waiting and the urologist barely looked at my face and didn't examine it properly. made a call too fast. Attending 10 people in 1 hour is impossible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento,atendente me tratou mau porque eu nao estava com a carteirinha do plano(perdi e estou aguardando 2 via),perdi a consulta por ma vontade de procurar no site do plano e pegar o numero.
Poor service, attendant treated me badly because I didn't have the plan card (I lost it and I'm waiting for 2 copies), I missed the consultation because I was unwilling to search the plan's website and get the number.

Clean place, very hygienic. Pleasant and organized environment. Now counting on mental health thanks to Dr. Inara Magalhães who helped a lot my cousin who was going through psychological disorders with panic syndrome.
