★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi horrível com essa clínica porque marquei um exame pra fazer no dia 07/10/20 e antes de chegar na clínica liguei avisando k eu estava chegando e a atendente simplesmente disse k meu exame nao iria ser feito no dia, e sabe o k mais me chateou e que moro em outra cidade tive que perder um dia de serviço
E não entendo pra que pedem o n de contato se nao tiveram nem a consideração pra avisarem que o exame tinha sido adiado .
Falta de respeito isso
My experience was horrible with this clinic because I scheduled an exam to be done on 10/7/20 and before I arrived at the clinic I called saying I was coming and the attendant simply said k my exam was not going to be done on the day, and you know ok it upset me the most and I live in another city I had to miss a day of service
And I don't understand why they ask for the contact number if they didn't even have the consideration to let them know that the exam had been postponed.
Lack of respect for that
