★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O restaurante procura oferecer uma experiência uruguaia contemporânea, oferecendo um menu que varia entre frutos do mar e churrasco. De um modo geral, ele cumpre bem esse papel.
O ambiente se destaca com uma área interna em meia-luz que dá um tom romântico ao espaço, enquanto a área externa possui uma decoração mais praiana e sociável. Um bar íntegra os dois ambientes e serve uma grande variedade de bebidas. O local também conta com uma adega de vinhos bem diversa.
A entrada consistiu de uma porção de ostras, que estavam deliciosas. O restaurante armazena suas ostras em um aquário em água salgada, o que torna o frescor do prato sem igual.
Com certeza o destaque principal do restaurante é a comida de parrilla. A porção de legumes sazonais, o bife de tira a e o bife ancho estavam impecáveis. Vale mencionar que o ponto da casa é levemente mal passado.
A sobremesa de morangos com doce de leite e sorbet de morango também estava deliciosa e balanceou bem o doce.
Uma excelente pedida pra um jantar à dois. Recomendo provar a porção de ostras e a comida de parrilla.
The restaurant seeks to offer a contemporary Uruguayan experience, offering a menu that ranges from seafood to barbecue. Overall, he does this job well.
The environment stands out with an indoor area in half-light that gives a romantic tone to the space, while the outdoor area has a more beachy and sociable decor. A bar integrates both environments and serves a wide variety of drinks. The place also has a very diverse wine cellar.
The starter consisted of a portion of oysters, which were delicious. The restaurant stores its oysters in a saltwater aquarium, which makes the dish unparalleled.
Certainly the main highlight of the restaurant is the parrilla food. The portion of seasonal vegetables, the strip steak and the ancho steak were impeccable. It is worth mentioning that the point of the house is slightly rare.
The dessert of strawberries with dulce de leche and strawberry sorbet was also delicious and balanced the sweetness well.
An excellent choice for a dinner for two. I recommend trying the oyster portion and the parrilla food.
