★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui tomar a terceira dose e uma técnica em enfermagem (a mais nova) que aplicou nem se deu ao trabalho de desinfectar a área de aplicação. Uma falta completa de desinteresse e vontade. Fiquem atentos!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fui muito bem atendida as 2 vezes que fui tomar a vacina ...e meu pai como tem dificuldade de andar deixei no carro e peguei a fila ...a enfermeira muito atenciosa foi até o carro com muita gentileza e educação 4435-1485 esse telefone atende ...falei com a Maria José e fui muito bem atendida :)
I was always very well assisted the 2 times I went for the vaccine ...and my father, as he has difficulty walking, I left it in the car and got in line ...the very attentive nurse went to the car very kindly and politely 4435-1485 this phone answers ...I spoke with Maria José and I was very well answered :)

Poucos funcionários e os poucos que possuem não olham nem na sua cara para dar informação.
Precário, vergonhoso.
Manutenção zero, tudo caindo aos pedaços.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não registrou a informação da vacina no site do Ministério da Saúde e quando voltei para pedir que fosse registrado, me informou que nao era mais lá e me passou a informação errada de onde eu deveria ir, fazendo com que eu fosse em 2 unidades diferentes para, enfim, resolver a situação.
Isso é falta de cuidado, atenção e respeito com o cidadão.
Por outro lado, a ausência de informação nos sites oficiais do município sobre as mudanças e como proceder, nos deixa ainda mais perdidos e reféns deste tipo de situação. Infelizmente, não temos a quem recorrer.

This is a lack of care, attention and respect for the citizen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo! Na segunda dose marcaram uma data fui no posto e disseram que não era aquele dia. Tive que voltar. Agora na 3° dose fui tomar lá e disseram que não tinham a vacina. Que tinha que agendar! O enfermeiro Alessandro super grosso com uma má vontade. Pedi apenas um papel que confirmasse que não estava dando a vacina ou uma declaração de comparecimento, pois trabalho. É claro que nenhuma das opções poderiam dar. Lamentável!
Terrible service! On the second dose, they set a date I went to the post and they said it wasn't that day. I had to go back. Now on the 3rd dose I went there and they said they didn't have the vaccine. That I had to schedule! Nurse Alessandro super thick with a bad will. I only asked for a paper confirming that I was not giving the vaccine or a statement of attendance, because I work. Of course, none of the options could give. Unfortunate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente caiu bastante a qualidade de atendimento e gestão desse posto de saúde, alguns funcionários trabalham com desgosto, sem paciência, tratam as pessoas como se fossem 'um nada', respondem as dúvidas com rispidez, totalmente despreparados, deveria sofrer um pente fino para não contaminar os 'bons', que ainda estão lá, por amor ao próximo e pelo que honra na medicina/saúde. É uma tremenda dificuldade para se tomar uma vacina, hora, porque a campanha dos 'idosos e crianças', ora porque não tem, ora porque deve ser agendado. Estamos em um momento pandêmico muito cruel, com variantes novas, pessoas sofrendo com surto de gripe e o posto 'regulando vacinas'. Gente para dose adicional, deveria ser livre as vacinas, mostra comprovante de residência, a carteirinha com as duas doses e tchau, nãoooooo, vamos no site , esperar, esperar, esperar, esperar e esperar, até abrir agenda para o bendito posto. Credo, sério , muito ultrapassado!!!!!

Inaceitável isso, as coisas precisa progredir, não regredir da maneira como está!
Não recomendo este posto, é passar nervoso com as burocracias inventadas.
Unfortunately, the quality of care and management at this health center has dropped a lot, some employees work with displeasure, without patience, they treat people as if they were 'nothing', they answer questions harshly, totally unprepared, they should suffer a fine-tooth comb not to contaminate the 'good ones', who are still there, out of love for others and for what honors in medicine/health. It is a tremendous difficulty to get a vaccine, sometimes because the 'elderly and children' campaign, sometimes because it doesn't have it, sometimes because it has to be scheduled. We are in a very cruel pandemic moment, with new variants, people suffering from an outbreak of flu and the post 'regulating vaccines'. People for an additional dose, vaccines should be free, show proof of residence, the card with the two doses and bye, nooooo, let's go to the website, wait, wait, wait, wait and wait, until the schedule opens for the blessed post. Seriously, seriously, very outdated!!!!!
Phone to speak only for GOD in the cause, terrible!
This is unacceptable, things need to progress, not regress the way they are!
I don't recommend this post, it's getting nervous with the invented bureaucracy.
