Na hora da compra foi ótimo,é claro,mas nao fui informada que para troca era preciso de caixa qnd fui fazer-la fui atendida com um descaso absurdo(e olha que das 2 vezes fui atendida pela gerente tanto na compra como na troca!!!Uma GROSSA!!)
Comprem em qualquer loja usaflex mas nunca a do Nova america!!!!
I already use Usaflex shoes for many years but it was the first time I bought in Nova America!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na hora da compra, só faltam beijar os seus pés. Funcionárias com má vontade de fazer troca. Estive duas vezes na loja para realizar a troca e a mesma não foi realizada, mesmo levando a nota da compra. Disseram que era franquia e só aceitavam com o cupom de troca.Ganhei de presente.
