★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência com a loja! Compramos 2 tênis que deram defeito. O primeiro foi por vício crônico de fabricação. O segundo descolou, mas não tinha modelo igual para troca. Se recusaram a devolver os valores investidos. Foi quando entrei em contato com a franquia, que de forma muito atenciosa assumiu a responsabilidade que seria da loja, pediu desculpas pelo comportamento da franqueada e nos indenizou.
Bad experience with the store! We bought 2 sneakers that failed. The first was a chronic manufacturing addiction. The second one took off, but it didn't have the same model for exchange. Refused to return the amounts invested. That's when I got in touch with the franchise, which very thoughtfully assumed the responsibility that would be the store, apologized for the franchisee's behavior and compensated us.

Logo veio outra e mais outra, sapatilha, tênis, sou apaixonada pelo conforto dos sapatos! Além de que, a loja é uma ambiente acolhedor e as atendentes sempre muito prestativas, um excelente atendimento tanto presencial quanto virtual pelo Instagram/WhatsApp.
Usaflex was the brand recommended by my orthopedist, soon after the store opened in Nova Friburgo. I bought a sandal and loved it! Soon came another and another, sneakers, sneakers, I'm in love with the comfort of shoes!
