★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 04/12 fui até a loja do Iguatemi e uma vendedora (gerente talvez, estava com roupa direferente das demais) se aproximou de mim, mas nao falou nada sem esboçou um sorriso sequer. Até respondeu minhas perguntas, mas inclinava a cabeça para ver onde estava minha sacola que eu segurava. Quando perguntei por um brinco da vitrine, ela fez movimento de ir até lá, mas retornou e pediu para eu acompanha-la. Senti um medo enorme de que eu fosse furtar alguma peça. Imagino que a pressão que ela sofre tbm pode ser grande, mas perdi a vontade de comprar. Dia 07/12 estive na loja no shopping Aldeota e o atendimento foi excelente, onde efetuei a compra.
On 12/04 I went to the store in Iguatemi and a saleswoman (the manager maybe, she was wearing different clothes from the others) approached me, but she didn't say anything without even a smile. He even answered my questions, but he bent his head to see where my bag I was holding was. When I asked for an earring from the window, she made a move to go there, but she returned and asked me to accompany her. I felt a huge fear that I was going to steal a piece. I imagine that the pressure she is under can also be great, but I lost the desire to buy. On 12/07 I was at the store at the Aldeota mall and the service was excellent, where I made the purchase.
