Nunca atrasei nenhum dia, preparava todo o kit para devolver melhor do que encontramos, dobravamos e caso os saquinhos das lingeries estivessem em mal estado trocavamos, hoje na hora de fazer o acerto ela abriu o Whatsapp web e meu contato estava marcado com o meu nome e um adjetivo pejorativo. Fiquei bem chateado, pedi pra cancelar minha compra de hoje e meu cadastro. Não volto nunca mais lá. A gerente ainda veio querer justificar que havia sido uma outra funcionária que não trabalha mais lá, falou que viu o jeito que estava no Whatsapp e que na correria não lembrou de mudar. Respeito é o mínimo que eu aceito. Nunca faltei com respeito com ninguém la dentro pra ser tratado dessa forma.
I've been shopping there for almost a year for my wife to resell. We are from Ribeirão Pires, leave there and come to Santana to buy the little things. I was never late for a day, I prepared the whole kit to return it better than we found it, we folded it and if the lingerie bags were in bad condition we would change it, today when it was time to make the adjustment she opened Whatsapp web and my contact was marked with my name is a pejorative adjective. I was very upset, I asked to cancel my purchase today and my registration. I'm never going back there. The manager even came to justify that it had been another employee who no longer works there, said that she saw the way it was on Whatsapp and that in the rush she did not remember to change. Respect is the least I accept. I never disrespected anyone inside to be treated that way.
