★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A minha filha sempre usou o carro que eles disponibilizam no condomínio e nunca teve problema , pois ela é uma cliente assídua, mas mudamos de casa e antes de mudarmos riscaram o carro na vaga do prédio e 1 dia antes minha filha tinha usado o carro e qdo fez o checkout não tinha nenhum risco e eis que agora mandam a conta do reparo pra ela pagar , eles querem botar na conta dela o que os outros fizeram , decepcionadíssima
My daughter has always used the car they provide in the condominium and has never had a problem, as she is a regular customer, but we moved house and before we moved they scratched the car in the vacancy of the building and 1 day before my daughter had used the car and when she checked out there was no risk and now they send her the repair bill for her to pay, they want to charge her what the others did, very disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo ! Me entregaram carro de cor diferente e um provisório sem chave reserva e riscado. Entrega de carro sem chave reserva , e cobrança indevida pelas chaves , já estou há quase um mês pedindo estorno dessa cobrança no cartão de crédito . Toda vez que ligo , um funcionário passa para o outro ou desliga o telefone . Já encaminhei e-mail , WhatsApp, etc Aguardo a resolução.
Terrible ! They gave me a different color car and a scratched spare spare keyless one. Delivery of a car without a spare key, and undue charge for the keys, I've been asking for a refund of this charge on my credit card for almost a month. Every time I call, one employee passes to the other or hangs up the phone. I have already forwarded email, WhatsApp, etc. I await the resolution.
