★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao procurar a unidade de saúde para consulta médica marcada semanas antes, as atendentes me informaram que o médico para o qual estava marcado não atendia mais na unidade e por isso teriam que remarcar minha consulta e assim o fizeram, remarcaram minha consulta para um mês depois. Chegando o novo dia da consulta, compareci a unidade no horário marcado e as mesmas atendentes que marcaram minha consulta disseram que o médico não atendia naquele horário e que alguém QUE NÃO SABIA dessa informação tinha marcado a consulta. Ou seja como alguém sem informação pode marcar a consulta de um cidadão para um dia e horário em que o Servidor não está na unidade ?Porém eu me lembro das funcionárias que marcaram a consulta e eram justamente as mesmas que diziam que havia um erro na marcação. Vale ressaltar que a consulta era para mim e para minha filha de 7 anos e nas duas vezes minha filha perdeu aula, eu perdi uma entrevista de emprego e a falta de preparo e irresponsabilidade dessas pessoas trouxeram danos a mim e a minha filha. Tanto pelo fato dos nossos compromissos serem afetados, e ainda pela impossibilidade de conseguir finalmente ser consultadas pelo médico da unidade.
When looking for the health unit for a medical appointment scheduled weeks before, the attendants informed me that the doctor for whom I was scheduled was no longer attending the unit and therefore they would have to reschedule my appointment and so they did, they rescheduled my appointment for a month later . When the new day of the appointment arrived, I attended the unit at the scheduled time and the same attendants who made my appointment said that the doctor did not attend at that time and that someone WHO DIDN'T KNOW this information had made the appointment. In other words, how can someone without information schedule a citizen's appointment for a day and time when the Server is not at the unit? . It is worth mentioning that the consultation was for me and my 7-year-old daughter and both times my daughter missed school, I missed a job interview and the lack of preparation and irresponsibility of these people brought damage to me and my daughter. Both because our commitments are affected, and also because of the impossibility of finally being able to be consulted by the unit's doctor.
