O atendimento é razoável, mas o horário de funcionamento do local deixa muito a desejar. Abre tarde e fecha cedo.

The service is reasonable, but the opening hours of the place leaves much to be desired. Opens late and closes early.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu irmao é acamado ja fui varias vezes la nesse psf, mas nunca vieram visitar meu irmao, ele nao anda, nao fala e fica dificil leva-lo ao médico. Nem a acs vem na minha casa. Liguei pro sus passei 1 hora no telefone pra eles me informarem q tenho q ir la no posyo, mas já fui i várias svezes sem sucesso.
My brother is bedridden I have been there several times in this psf, but they never came to visit my brother, he does not walk, does not speak and it is difficult to take him to the doctor. Not even the acs come to my house. I called sus I spent 1 hour on the phone to let them know that I have to go to the posyo, but I have been to it several times without success.

O pessoal do atendimento ficou em um beco ao lado e falaram que só vai atende apt das 14:00h.
Ficamos do lado de fora na chuva esperando.

It says it opens at 1:30 pm.
The service staff stayed in an alley next door and said they will only serve apt from 14:00h.
We stood outside in the rain waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ninguém atende o telefone, diz que fecha às 16:30h, agora são 14:58 e nada. A agente de saúde nem sei quem pq houve uma troca e a nova agente nunca veio na minha casa. Atenção prefeitura do Recife!!!!!!!
Nobody answers the phone, says it closes at 4:30 pm, now it's 2:58 pm and nothing. The health agent doesn't even know who the exchange was and the new agent never came to my house. Attention Recife City Hall !!!!!!!
