la,do contrario o atendimento e horrivel, um descaso as pessoas mal falam com vc direito, quando nao ficam conversando entre elas assuntos banais...(que foi minha experiencia!!!)sinceramente 3 vezes, isso mesmo, 3 vezes foi a mesma experiencia em termos de atendimento na recepcao...
Infelizmente por morar no Bairro as pessoas no geral nao tem outra opção, como ja encontrei algumas pessoas com as mesmas queixas... Terrivel... Descepcao total!!!
... Guys, how can someone from 5* to a place like this? Only if you are a friend or an acquaintance of those who work
there, otherwise the service is horrible, a negligence people barely talk to you properly, when they are not talking to each other on trivial matters...(which was my experience!!!) honestly 3 times, that's right, 3 times it was the same experience in terms of service at the reception...
Unfortunately for living in the neighborhood people in general have no other option, as I've met some people with the same complaints... Terrible... Total disappointment!!!
