★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo fui no dia da consulta e me informaram que a consulta tinha sido adiada e que tinham entrado em contato comigo informando o adiantamento tudo mentira, não ligaram pra min informando em nenhum momento, ai disseram que só poderia ser atendido agora só ano que vem esperando 60 dias, falta de respeito desorganização, isso é o que o povo recebe por não ter condições de pagar um plano de saúde, decepção e vagabundagem é a palavra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui tomar a vacina da gripe cheguei de 7:00 da manhã que é o horário de abertura do posto fiquei na rua esperando um bom tempo junto com as outras pessoas que chegaram mais cedo até que chegasse o funcionário para abrir, éramos em 18 pessoas pra tomar a vacina, quando entramos foi dito que a pessoa responsável por aplicar a vacina não iria trabalhar e com isso não atender a gente, mandou todo mundo ir embora pra casa que ninguém seria atendido, é muita falta de respeito uma vergonha esse posto de saúde de Santa monica
