★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa é um lixo, não resolveu o problema do meu computador é ainda denificou ele ainda mais. Quando eu retornei na loja para explicar a situação nem me deram atenção, só falaram que estavam muito ocupados.
Por mim uma empresa dessa tem que pagar pelos danos que me causaram.
 The company is garbage, it didn't solve my computer's problem and it still denounced it even more. When I returned to the store to explain the situation, they didn't even pay attention to me, they just said they were very busy.
For me, a company like this has to pay for the damage they caused me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma tinta na loja do centro e minha impressora parou de funcionar com o uso da tinta e me mandaram levar na loja do Bom Retiro pra olhar e nisso levei a impressora completa na sacola com o cabo como me explicaram na loja do centro pra levar e quando entregaram a impressora ela veio faltando os cabos. Paguei e ainda fiquei sem os cabos sendo prejudicada.
I bought an ink at the downtown store and my printer stopped working with the use of the ink and they told me to take it to the Bom Retiro store to look at it and I took the complete printer in the bag with the cable as they explained to me at the downtown store to take it and when they delivered the printer it came missing the cables. I paid and I was still without the cables being harmed.
