Era pra ser por mérito,e se o contratado não tivesse dando produção e fosse comprovada,dispensaria o mesmo,mas não se trabalha assim, infelizmente você pode ter doutorado,mas não entra se não tiver um QI...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para Carregamento de Caminhões não é 100%, meio demorado para carregar, sala de espera para acompanhantes e no mesmo lugar do escritório, não deixam entrar com cachorro, os bancos que fica fora e ruim se sentar e não têm sombra! Caso tenha cachorro leve sua cadeira e fique nas árvores que têm! Um lado positivo e que cobram 10,00 o almoço para visitantes no refeitório da empresa, que fica a uns 500 metros da usina,mais e boazinha a comida, nessa parte não tenho o que reclamar! Na portaria atendem bem! Único defeito e a demora pra chamar pra carregar, ha é demora carregar também.um dia inteiro para carregar!!! Têm que ter paciência para carregar aqui! Outra coisa, têm que estar bem limpo a carroceria e têm que ter forro tbm se não nem entra!
For Truck Loading it is not 100%, it takes a while to load, waiting room for companions and in the same place as the office, they don't let a dog in, the benches are outside and it's bad to sit on and there's no shade! If you have a dog, take your chair and stay in the trees they have! On the positive side, they charge 10.00 lunch for visitors in the company's cafeteria, which is about 500 meters from the plant, plus the food is good, in this part I have nothing to complain about! They are well attended at the reception! Only defect and the delay to call to charge, ha it takes too long to charge. a whole day to charge!!! You have to be patient to upload here! Another thing, the bodywork has to be very clean and it has to have a lining too if it doesn't even go in!
