Explicamos que esses rádios não são legais pois não estão devidamente homologados na ANATEL e mesmo assim o comprador insistiu em querer essa marca. A comercialização e uso desse equipamento no Brasil não é legal e é punível pela ANATEL.
 This company contacted us today to purchase Baofeng branded radio communication. We explain that these radios are not legal because they are not duly approved by ANATEL and even so the buyer insisted on wanting this brand. The sale and use of this equipment in Brazil is not legal and is punishable by ANATEL.
