Liguei para o SAC, expliquei o ocorrido e falei que NÃO se tratava de falha do produto, foi um acidente, e perguntei se era possível me fornecer uma roda para substituir a quebrada. A atendente Vanessa me disse que sim. Dias depois, para nossa surpresa, recebemos, não uma roda, mas um carrinho novo em casa.
Fiquei muito surpreso e agradecido

I bought some strollers from Usual for my grandson, and after some time of use, a wheel of one of them broke. I called SAC, explained what happened and said that it was NOT a product failure, it was an accident, and asked if it was possible to provide me with a wheel to replace the broken one. The attendant Vanessa told me yes. Days later, to our surprise, we received, not a wheel, but a new cart at home.
