 Super attentive! It is the doctor who is referred by other doctors and is the one who makes Hysteroscopy, a minimally invasive exam. The schedule is crowded, but worth the wait!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca encontrei, uma medica ginecologista tão boa quanto Drª Luciana, agenda é lotada, mas você não se arrepende não, Essa mulher é um anjo que Deus colocou na minha vida.
I have never met, a gynecologist as good as Dr. Luciana, the schedule is busy, but you don't regret it, this woman is an angel that God placed in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Existe descriminação entre pacientes de planos de saúde e particular. A agenda é lotada para pacientes de planos de saúde e livre para particular. Lamentável essa postura, um total desrespeito com os clientes.
There is discrimination between health insurance and private patients. The schedule is full for health plan patients and free for private individuals. This attitude is unfortunate, a total disrespect for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente é lamentável a pessoa já é cliente da médica e quer marcar uma consulta com a médica não dar pois mesmo sendo do plano só em Fevereiro. Nam. Lamentável.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom atendimento, porém o agendamento da consulta demorou meses e você tem que ficar ligado na data pq eles não ligam para informar na véspera como acontece em outras clínicas. Por ser atendimento por ordem de chegada demorou uma tarde inteira, e o dono de um estacionamento lá perto me informou que é sempre assim. Falando em estacionamento, não é tão fácil de achar. Tem um estacionamento pago lá por perto, mas não é tão barato.
Good service, however the appointment schedule took months and you have to stay connected on the date because they do not care to inform you the day before as happens in other clinics. Being on a first-come first-served basis took a whole afternoon, and the owner of a parking lot nearby told me it's always like this. Speaking of parking, it's not so easy to find. There is a paid parking near by, but it is not so cheap.

Both Dr Melisandro and Tercia and the girls are super polite and attentive, about 3 years ago I had fibroids and I spent some gynecologists and none of them treating me like Dr Melisandro and improving my quality of life. God bless you always with health so he can continue to heal us

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência não foi uma das melhores...A equipe de recepção dispõe de um péssimo serviço. Eu esperei 2 meses pra realizar um exame, e quando chegou nas vesperas de realizar me disseram que eu teria que ir a unimed para autorizar, só que a unimed disse que são 2 dias úteis para eles liberarem o exame. Enfim perdi mais um mês. Sendo que pra nós mulheres que estamos nesse dilema de exames 1 dia é muito! Eu não recomendo!
My experience wasn't one of the best...The front desk staff has terrible service. I waited 2 months to perform an exam, and when it arrived on the eve of the exam, they told me that I would have to go to unimed to authorize it, but unimed said that it took 2 business days for them to release the exam. I finally lost another month. Being that for us women who are in this exam dilemma, 1 day is a lot! I do not recommend!
