Dizendo que o prazo para entrega do computador era aquele mesmo e não podia passar ninguém na frente pq todo mundo tinha pressa, sendo que eu nem questionei o prazo... Ele simplesmente descarregou em cima de mim... Perdeu uma cliente devido à isso.
Foi cobrado 120 reais com backup de até 20GB, acima disso teria acréscimo.
 The phone service was horrible, very rude. Saying that the deadline for delivery of the computer was the same and I couldn't pass anyone in front because everyone was in a hurry, and I didn't even question the deadline ... He just unloaded on me ... He lost a client due to this .
It was charged 120 reais with a backup of up to 20GB, above that it would have an increase.

I have always been served very well, with warmth and politeness. They explain everything calmly, even to laypeople like me, and make it a point to make the situation clear before doing anything. They took good care of my notebook, and managed to do the job much better than the budget, to my surprise.
